现阶段大学生就业指导模式研究

【摘要】：本文通过对现阶段大学生就业指导现状的述评,分析现行大学生就业指导的特点与不足的因素,论述大学生就业指导模式创新的理论基础,并且着重探究和分析现阶段大学生就业指导的现状,同时在对美国、日本、德国等西方发达国家成功的高校大学生就业指导模式的分析与评价的基础上,借鉴其先进的、有意义的部分,与中国当前高校大学生就业指导工作的发展相衔接,提出创新模式的建议。本文所建议的高校大学生就业指导创新模式遵循整体性原则、发展性原则、综合素质优先的原则、理论与实践相结合的原则四大原则。在该创新模式中对与机构的设置遵循与大学生这一服务对象为核心,根据大学生生涯发展分为四个阶段,同时根据就业指导服务的四个不同层次,分为院系就业指导服务、高校就业指导中心、校企联合指导服务中心、政府就业指导辅助。在该模式中详细设定了就业指导进行与开展的具体程序,同时对专业的就业指导老师的配备与培训的政策与制度也进行相关规定。最后该模式还详细解释了所设定的就业指导服务工作的具体内容,以及指导方式的借鉴与选择问题。
[Abstract]:Based on a review of the present situation of college students' employment guidance, this paper analyzes the characteristics and insufficient factors of the current employment guidance for college students, and discusses the theoretical basis of the innovation of the employment guidance mode for college students. At the same time, on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of the successful employment guidance mode of college students in the United States, Japan, Germany and other western developed countries, the paper draws on its advanced employment guidance. The meaningful part links up with the development of employment guidance for college students in China, and puts forward some suggestions on innovative mode. The innovation mode of employment guidance for college students suggested in this paper follows four principles: integrity principle, development principle, comprehensive quality first principle, and combination of theory and practice. In this innovation mode, the establishment of the institution and the university students as the core of the service object, according to the career development of college students can be divided into four stages, at the same time, according to the four different levels of employment guidance services, it can be divided into the employment guidance services of colleges and departments. The university employment guidance center, the school-enterprise joint guidance service center, the government employment guidance assistance. In this model, the specific procedure of employment guidance is set up in detail. At the same time, the policy and system of professional employment guidance teacher's equipping and training are also stipulated. Finally, the model also explains in detail the specific contents of the employment guidance service, as well as the reference and selection of the guidance mode.
