研究生成人依恋类型与应对方式、人际交往的关系研究

【摘要】：成人依恋是指“个体与目前同伴的持续、长久的情感联系”,应对方式被定义为“个体为减轻心理压力而采取的各种应对策略”,人际交往是指“人与人之间通过一定的接触,在心理上或行为上相互作用、相互影响的过程”。以往研究证实成人依恋风格会影响个体的应对方式选择和人际交往困扰程度,应对方式的选择也会影响人际交往,而对于三者的关系目前尚未见到相关研究。本研究旨在探讨成人依恋、应对方式和人际交往的关系,考察应对方式是否在成人依恋和人际交往中起到中介作用。本研究选用《亲密关系体验问卷》、《人际关系综合诊断量表》和《问题中心的应对问卷》进行施测,被试来自南京邮电大学、南京财经大学、南京师范大学的一年级、二年级和三年级共318名研究生。测试数据采用SPSS16.0进行初步处理,然后用矩结构分析软件(Analysis of Moment Structures16.0, AMOS16.0)进行结构方程模型分析,结果发现: (1)研究生惧怕型依恋所占比例(38.4%)最多,其次是安全型(25.8%)、专注型(18.6%)、冷漠型(17.3%); (2)研究生在成人依恋焦虑维度上的得分显著高于在依恋回避维度上的得分,即研究生有着较强的对可能被离弃的恐惧,且在依恋回避维度上男生得分显著高于女生; (3)依恋焦虑个体面对人际困扰较多同时使用抑制型和反应型应对方式,而依恋回避个体更倾向使用抑制型应对方式; (4)不同依恋类型的研究生面临不同程度的人际困扰且差异显著:惧怕型专注型冷漠型安全型; (5)研究生成人依恋倾向与人际关系困扰存在显著的正相关,依恋焦虑和依恋回避对人际困扰有显著的预测作用; (6)抑制型和反应型应对方式是研究生成人依恋焦虑和人际困扰关系的部分中介;抑制型和反应型应对方式是研究生成人依恋回避和人际困扰关系的完全中介;依恋两维度对抑制型、反应型应对方式的解释率为15%,而依恋回避和依恋焦虑及应对方式对人际困扰的解释率达到48%。
[Abstract]:Adult attachment refers to "the continuous and long emotional connection between the individual and the present companion". The coping style is defined as "the individual's various coping strategies to reduce the psychological pressure". Interpersonal communication refers to the process of "the interaction between people and people through certain contacts, psychological or behavioral interaction". It is confirmed that the style of adult attachment will affect the choice of coping style and the degree of interpersonal communication, and the choice of coping style also affects interpersonal communication, and the relationship between the three is not yet seen. This study aims to explore the relationship between adult attachment, coping style and interpersonal relationship, and investigate whether the coping style is in adult attachment. This study selected the close relationship experience questionnaire, the interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale and the question center coping questionnaire. The subjects were from the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing University of Finances and Economics, the freshmen of Nanjing Normal University, and 318 graduate students in the two and three grades. The test data used SPSS 16 preliminary processing is carried out, and Analysis of Moment Structures16.0 (AMOS16.0) is used to analyze the structural equation model.
(1) the proportion of graduate students' fear attachment is the highest (38.4%), followed by safety type (25.8%), concentration type (18.6%), and apathy type (17.3%).
(2) the score of Postgraduates in the dimension of adult attachment anxiety is significantly higher than that on the dimension of attachment avoidance, that is, the graduate students have a strong fear of abandonment, and the scores of boys in the attachment avoidance dimension are significantly higher than those of the girls.
(3) attachment anxiety individuals face more interpersonal problems while using inhibitory and reactive coping styles, while attachment avoidance individuals tend to use inhibitory coping styles.
(4) different attachment types of Postgraduates face different degrees of interpersonal distress and significant difference: fear type, focus on indifference, security type.
(5) there was a significant positive correlation between adult attachment tendency and interpersonal distress. Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had significant predictive effects on interpersonal distress.
(6) inhibition and reactive coping styles are the partial intermediation of the relationship between adult attachment anxiety and interpersonal distress; inhibition and reactive coping styles are the complete mediator of the relationship between adult attachment avoidance and interpersonal distress; the two dimension to inhibition, response type interpretation rate is 15%, while attachment avoidance and attachment focus The rate of explaining interpersonal distress is 48%.
