高校辅导员职业生涯管理存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:高校辅导员职业生涯管理是关系到高等学校事业发展和辅导员个人成长的非常重要的一项制度设计、措施和活动,主要包括高校组织对辅导员职业生涯管理和辅导员自我职业生涯管理两个方面。辅导员职业生涯管理符合现代人力资源管理的发展趋势,对高校来说有利于优化辅导员队伍的结构,提高辅导员的职业荣誉感,为辅导员构建一个实现自身价值的制度平台,提高高校的育人水平;对辅导员个人来说,通过职业生涯管理,可以使自己在本职工作中实现职业价值。但是,受传统的人事管理体制影响,高校组织和辅导员个人对职业生涯管理的重要性认识不够,辅导员考核、培训机制还相当不完善,辅导员工作职责不明确、辅导员队伍专业背景庞杂,加上高校组织以科研、教学为中心的组织价值观,都影响到辅导员职业生涯管理的实施。要加强高校辅导员的职业生涯管理应从高校组织和辅导员个人两个层面着手。就高校组织来讲应转变传统的管理理念,将职业生涯管理理念引入到辅导员队伍的建设中来,进一步明确细化高校辅导员的工作职责,完善高校辅导员的考核、培训机制,提高辅导员的待遇,加强对辅导员的人文关怀;从辅导员自身角度讲应重视职业生涯管理的作用,学习职业生涯管理知识,掌握职业生涯规划技巧,主动加强与高校组织的信息沟通。
[Abstract]:The career management of college counselors is a very important system design, measure and activity related to the development of college career and the personal growth of counselors. It mainly includes two aspects: career management of counselors and self-management of career. The career management of counselors is in line with the development trend of modern human resource management, which is conducive to optimizing the structure of counselors' team, improving their sense of professional honor, and constructing a system platform for counselors to realize their own value. To improve the educational level of colleges and universities, to the individual counselors, it is possible to realize their professional value in their own work through career management. However, under the influence of the traditional personnel management system, the importance of career management is not well understood by university organizations and counselors, the assessment and training mechanism of counselors is not perfect, and the responsibilities of counselors are not clear. The professional background of counselors and the organizational values of scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities affect the implementation of counselors' career management. In order to strengthen the career management of college counselors, we should start from two aspects: college organization and counselors. As far as university organization is concerned, we should change the traditional management idea, introduce the concept of career management into the construction of counselors, further clarify the responsibilities of college counselors, perfect the assessment and training mechanism of college counselors. From the perspective of counselors, we should pay attention to the role of career management, learn the knowledge of career management, and master the skills of career planning. Actively strengthen information communication with university organizations.
