【摘要】：随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,我国高等教育事业也得到了很好发展,高等教育已由过去的“精英教育”,逐步向“大众化教育”方向发展,为更多想进大学深造的人,提供了机会。但是伴随着“就业难”问题的产生,使得越来越多的大学毕业生在择业心态上产生了诸多问题。特别对于安徽省每年大批师范类本科毕业生来说,他们在面对愈发激烈的就业竞争压力之下,择业心态上也发生了很多变化同时也产生了很多问题,该采取什么样的具体措施帮助他们摆正心态顺利择业就业,这是做好安徽省师范类本科毕业生就业工作的关键。本研究通过对安徽省内16所含有师范类本科专业毕业生院校中的10所院校2011届1000名毕业生进行了问卷调查,旨在了解当前安徽省师范类本科毕业生择业心态的现状和存在问题,探究这些问题的存在原因,并在此基础上提出解决策略。本研究由五个部分组成：第一部分是绪论。主要包括选题背景、研究意义、国内外与选题相关研究成果的概述、选题的研究思路和方法、相关概念的界定和选题研究的理论依据等。第二部分是本研究调查问卷的具体情况,这是本研究开展的基础,也是为最终解决问题而提出策略的依据。第三部分是具体阐述安徽省师范类本科毕业生择业心态存在的问题,主要从认知、情绪和意志三个方面分析了他们择业心态中存在的具体问题。第四部分是对安徽省师范类本科毕业生择业心态存在问题的产生原因进行了分析。问题的产生主要受客观因素和主观因素两方面的影响。客观方面包括社会环境、院校和家庭的影响,主观方面包括他们就业形势认识度、价值观、不良心理和综合素质的影响。第五部分,在前面实证、分析问题及其产生原因的基础上提出在毕业生、家庭、高校、政府和社会五个层面对解决安徽省师范类本科毕业生择业心态存在问题的解决方案和策略。毕业生是问题产生的根源,只有让他们能够更好地自我认知、树立社会责任感、提升职业素养,才能够更好地适应岗位需求,同时结合家庭、高校、政府和社会的具体措施的实施,形成解决实际问题的合力,有效地缓解当前安徽省师范类本科毕业生择业心态的压力,帮助其树立正确择业心态,顺利就业。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our socialist market economy, the cause of higher education in our country has also been well developed. Higher education has gradually developed from "elite education" to "popular education". It provides an opportunity for more people who want to go to college. However, with the emergence of "difficult employment", more and more college graduates have a lot of problems in the attitude of choosing jobs. Especially for a large number of normal university graduates in Anhui Province every year, under the pressure of increasingly fierce competition for employment, many changes have taken place in their mentality of choosing jobs, and at the same time, a lot of problems have arisen. What kind of concrete measures should be taken to help them get the right attitude to choose a job is the key to do a good job for the graduates of normal university in Anhui Province. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the 2011 class of 1000 graduates from 16 colleges and universities with normal college graduates in Anhui Province, in order to find out the present situation and problems of the psychology of choosing a profession for normal college graduates in Anhui Province. Explore the causes of these problems, and on this basis put forward solutions. This study consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the summary of the research results at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods of the topic, the definition of the related concepts and the theoretical basis of the research. The second part is the specific situation of this research questionnaire, which is the basis of this study, and it is also the basis of the strategy to solve the problem. The third part is the concrete elaboration of Anhui normal college graduates' career choice mentality, mainly from the cognitive, emotional and will three aspects of the analysis of the existence of specific problems in the mentality of career choice. The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the psychology of choosing jobs for normal college graduates in Anhui Province. The problem is mainly affected by objective factors and subjective factors. The objective aspect includes the social environment, the influence of colleges and families, the subjective aspect includes their employment situation cognition, values, bad psychology and the influence of comprehensive quality. The fifth part, on the basis of the analysis of the problems and the causes of the problems, is put forward in the graduate, the family, the university, Five levels of government and society to solve the problems of Anhui normal college graduates' career choice mentality and strategies. Graduates are the root of the problem. Only by enabling them to have a better sense of self-awareness, establish a sense of social responsibility, and enhance their professional accomplishment can they better adapt to the needs of their posts, and combine their families and colleges and universities. The implementation of the concrete measures of the government and society forms the resultant force to solve the practical problems, effectively alleviates the pressure of the psychology of the graduates of normal university in Anhui Province, and helps them to set up the correct mentality of choosing a profession and obtain employment smoothly.
