辽宁省大学生就业问题分析与对策研究

【摘要】:高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源。2014年,全国高校毕业生727万人,辽宁省高校毕业生27.6万人,为历年最多。高校毕业生就业,事关大学生个人事业发展和价值实现,事关民生改善和社会和谐稳定。党的十八大报告和十八届三中全会明确提出,努力实现就业更加充分,推动实现更高质量的就业,做好以高校毕业生为重点的青年就业工作。2014年4月30日,国务院总理李克强召开国务院常务会议,要求要把高校毕业生就业放在今年就业工作的突出位置,发挥市场作用,,着力改革创新,优化就业创业环境,力争使高校毕业生就业创业比例双提高。这对高等学校深入开展就业创业指导工作提出了更高的要求。 现阶段,教育已成为当今的热点问题。作为一名奋斗在就业战线上的工作者,本人倍感责任重大,希望通过日常的工作、学习总结前人的经验、坚持不懈地研究调查,用详实的数据结合辽宁省大学生就业现状,对就业难问题产生的原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出可行性建议,有助于政府行政部门施政决策、推动高等教育教学改革、、提升大学生的充分就业,从而解决就业难的现实问题。 全文共分为四部分:第一部分为引言,介绍本文的选题背景和选题意义,通过国内外研究综述,提出研究辽宁省大学生就业问题的内容和方法,以及研究的创新之处和研究难点。第二部分主要是对辽宁省大学生就业的特点进行分析。分别从2013年辽宁省普通高校毕业生就业特点;2014年辽宁省毕业生就业特点入手,进行辽宁省大学生就业现状分析,为后面两章提供理论和实际数据依据。第三部分总结辽宁省大学生就业问题产生的原因:一是社会原因:招生规模扩大;一些政策性障碍仍然存在;贫困毕业生就业。二是学校原因:职业发展教育和就业指导工作不足;高校课程设置与社会需求脱节。三是用人单位原因。四是大学生自身原因:就业观念陈旧;准备不充分,实践能力欠缺;就业期望值过高;家庭及地域因素;创业能力单薄。第四部分提出解决辽宁省大学生就业问题的对策:加强政府就业保障建设;深化高等教育机制改革;提高毕业生就业能力。
[Abstract]:College graduates are the country's valuable talent resources.2014, 7 million 270 thousand college graduates and 276 thousand college graduates in Liaoning Province, for the most of the year. The employment of college graduates is related to the development of College Students' personal career and the realization of value, which is related to the improvement of the livelihood of the people and the social harmony. The eighteen report of the party and the clear the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee are clear. In April 30th, the Prime Minister of the State Council, Li Keqiang, held a standing meeting of the State Council in the year of.2014, the premier of the State Council, in April 30th. Innovation, optimize the environment for employment and entrepreneurship, and strive to improve the proportion of employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates. This has put forward higher requirements for the in-depth development of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in Colleges and universities.
At this stage, education has become a hot issue today. As a worker who struggles on the front of the employment front, I feel very responsible. I hope to learn to sum up the experience of the predecessors through the daily work, study the investigation unremittingly, combine the detailed data with the present situation of the employment of the students of Liaoning Province, and carry out the reasons for the problem of employment. The analysis, and on this basis, put forward the feasibility suggestions, which will help the government administrative departments to make policy decisions, promote the reform of higher education teaching, and improve the full employment of college students, thus solving the practical problems of employment difficulties.
The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this article. Through the domestic and foreign research review, it puts forward the contents and methods of studying the problem of College Students' employment in Liaoning Province, and the innovation and research difficulties of the study. The second part is mainly the analysis of the characteristics of the employment of college students in Liaoning province. Not from the employment characteristics of college graduates in Liaoning Province in 2013; the employment characteristics of the graduates of Liaoning Province in 2014, the analysis of the employment status of college students in Liaoning Province, and the theoretical and practical data basis for the latter two chapters. The third part summarizes the reasons for the employment of College Students in Liaoning Province: first, the social reasons: the expansion of the enrollment scale Some policy barriers still exist; the employment of the poor graduates. Two is the school reason: the vocational development education and the employment guidance work is insufficient; the university curriculum setting and the social demand disjoins. The three is the employer reason. Four is the college students' own reasons: the employment concept is old; the preparation is not sufficient, the practical ability is short; the employment expectation value is not enough. Too high; family and regional factors; the entrepreneurial ability is thin. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the employment of college students in Liaoning Province: strengthening the construction of government employment guarantee; deepening the reform of the higher education mechanism; and improving the employability of the graduates.
