【摘要】：沙特阿拉伯王国高等教育创始于1949年,起步较晚。随着沙特石油工业的迅猛发展和参与世界经济体系的程度不断增强,其高等教育作为现代人力资源发展的重要因素面临着巨大挑战。半个多世纪以来,其高教发展遵循了“又绿又专”的教育方针,取得了巨大成效。但由于历史、宗教和社会等因素,沙特高等教育发展依然存在众多问题,面临巨大挑战。本文对沙特高等教育发展的历史、现状、特点、问题和挑战进行了研究。目前,沙特阿拉伯王国有24所公立大学、9所私立大学及百余所公、私立各类高等教育学院。沙特阿拉伯王国高等教育的发展特点有：传统宗教大学和世俗化现代大学“双轨制”并存,“一轨制”趋势增强；政府投入巨额高等教育经费,但产出较低,文理失衡的学科布局并未改变,高教与国内就业市场存在巨大鸿沟；性别隔离制度下的女子高等教育发展迅速,就业状况逐步改善却未彻底改变；深化教育改革,通过在教育理念和培养目标、硬件和信息化建设、专业和课程设置、教师和学生交流、学术和教育交流会议、科研合作和大学排名等方面的国际化努力与世界接轨,以期提高高等教育国际化水平。随着中沙建交,两国高等教育领域的交流与合作业已展开,具有良好的发展前景。
[Abstract]:Higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was founded in 1949 and started late. With the rapid development of Saudi oil industry and the increasing degree of its participation in the world economic system, its higher education, as an important factor in the development of modern human resources, is facing great challenges. For more than half a century, the development of higher education followed the educational policy of "green and special", and achieved great results. However, due to historical, religious and social factors, there are still many problems and great challenges in the development of Saudi higher education. This paper studies the history, present situation, characteristics, problems and challenges of Saudi higher education development. At present, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has 24 public universities, 9 private universities and more than 100 public and private colleges of higher education. The development of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is characterized by the coexistence of the "two-track" system of traditional religious universities and the secular modern universities, and the increasing trend of the "one-track system"; the Government has invested a large amount of funds in higher education, but the output is relatively low. The subject layout of the imbalance of arts and science has not changed, there is a huge gap between higher education and the domestic job market, the higher education of women under the system of gender segregation has developed rapidly, but the employment situation has not been completely improved, and the education reform has been deepened. Through international efforts in the fields of educational concepts and training objectives, hardware and information construction, major and curriculum settings, teacher-student exchanges, academic and educational exchanges, scientific research cooperation and university rankings, etc., In order to improve the internationalization level of higher education. With the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Saudi Arabia, exchanges and cooperation in the field of higher education between the two countries have been launched, with good prospects for development.
