体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价指标体系的构建

【摘要】:质量是研究生教育的生命,是研究生教育持续发展的一个根本保证,评价研究生的教育质量需要建立相应的教育质量评估体系。目前我国的研究生教育质量评估体系主要集中在政府、学校和一些社会评估机构。评估的指标大多集中在师资队伍、学校硬件设施、专业设置、教学改革、教学管理等方面。研究生教育质量的评估不仅应该包括政府学校的评估,更应该吸纳来自用人单位、社会公众的评价,使之形成一个立体评价网络,扬长避短,充分发挥各种评价形式的作用,以提高研究生教育质量。本文运用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、特菲尔法等研究方法,对目前我国体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价的指标现状进行调查和分析。并根据调查的结果运用层次分析法,计算出了各因素对目标的影响权重大小,从而构建了体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价指标体系。 本文的主要研究结论有以下五点 1、要有真正意义上的社会评价中介机构。目前我国研究生教育质量评价的目的主要是为政府部门服务,满足政府需要,其评价结果也就具有单一性,不能真正适应社会需求。要达到理想中的社会评价必须具有真正意义上的社会评价中介机构。 2、界定了体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价的定义。体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价是指不同的评价主体(本文指用人单位、毕业生本人、社会公众)对体育学硕士毕业生适应社会需求程度进行的衡量和评定。 3、得出目前我国体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价指标与其他学科评价指标间共性多、个性少的特点。 4、设计出体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价的具体指标,其中一级指标3个、二级指标9个、三级指标33个。 5、建立体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价指标体系。运用层次分析法和相应的问卷数据,建立数学模型,同时对指标权重进行赋值,最终构建了体育学硕士研究生教育质量社会评价指标体系。
[Abstract]:Quality is the life of graduate education and a fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of graduate education. It is necessary to establish a corresponding educational quality evaluation system to evaluate the quality of graduate education. At present, the quality evaluation system of graduate education in China is mainly concentrated in the government, schools and some social evaluation institutions. Most of the evaluation indexes focus on teaching staff, school hardware, specialty setting, teaching reform, teaching management and so on. The evaluation of the quality of graduate education should not only include the evaluation of government schools, but also include the evaluation from employers and the public, so that it can form a three-dimensional evaluation network, which can promote its strengths and circumvent its weaknesses, and give full play to the role of various forms of evaluation. In order to improve the quality of graduate education. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and Tefer's method, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the social evaluation index of the education quality of the postgraduates of physical education in China. According to the results of the investigation, the influence weight of each factor on the target was calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the social evaluation index system of the education quality of the postgraduates in physical education was constructed. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows 1, must have the real sense social appraisal intermediary organization. At present, the purpose of the quality evaluation of graduate education in China is to serve the government departments and meet the needs of the government, so the evaluation results are single and can not meet the needs of the society. In order to achieve the ideal social evaluation, we must have a real social evaluation intermediary. 2. The definition of social evaluation of education quality of postgraduates in physical education is defined. The social evaluation of the education quality of the postgraduates of physical education is the measurement and evaluation of the degree of adaptation to the needs of the society by different evaluation subjects (this article refers to the employing unit, the graduates themselves and the public). 3. It is concluded that there are more commonness and less individuality between the social evaluation indexes of the education quality of the postgraduates of physical education in our country and the evaluation indexes of other disciplines at present. 4. The concrete indexes of social evaluation of education quality of postgraduates in physical education are designed, including 3 first-grade indexes, 9 second-class indexes and 33 third-class indexes. 5. Establish the social evaluation index system of education quality for postgraduates of physical education. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the corresponding questionnaire data, the mathematical model was established, and the index weight was assigned. Finally, the social evaluation index system of the education quality of the postgraduates in physical education was constructed.
