【摘要】：本研究主要基于全球经济、政治一体化对具有国际视野的应用型人才培养的迫切需要和目前地方高校课程建设重理论、轻实践的现实状况而展开的，旨在探索构建一种综合性强、实践性突出、国外优势资源开发与区域经济发展良好对接，在经济全球化背景下实现地方高校应用型人才本土国际化培养的课程质量保障体系，以满足高等教育国际化和高校课程改革对区域社会应用型人才培养的需要，提高地方高校应用型人才的国际竞争力，提升地市高校的办学价值和社会地位。本文以高等教育国际化为背景，通过理论评述和国内外地方高校课程质量保障体系的历史与比较研究，总结其存在的问题，分析其经验，作为我国地方高校课程质量保障体系构建的借鉴。同时解析地方高校课程质量保障体系的因素系统，提出了地方高校课程质量保障体系的构建策略。本文分为以下几个主要部分：首先，分析地方高校课程质量保障体系构建的依据和原则。遵循教育以及人才培养规律，从当前经济全球化的市场特征下人才培养目标转变的客观现实入手，以高等教育学、高等教育管理学等学科相关理论为支撑，解析构建地方高校课程质量保障体系的理论依据和现实依据，并提出地方高校课程质量保障体系的构建原则。其次，比较分析中外地方高校应用型人才培养的课程质量保障体系，分析其总体特征，以资借鉴。其三，解析构建地方高校课程质量保障体系的影响因素。通过文本研究和个案分析等方法，形成地方高校课程质量保障体系构建的因素系统；根据各因素的功能及其关系，构建课程质量保障体系。最后，构建地方高校课程质量保障体系策略。包括课程理念转变策略、课程体系优化策略、师资培训策略、课程资源重组策略、课程管理精细化策略等。
[Abstract]:This research is mainly based on the urgent need of global economic and political integration for the cultivation of applied talents with an international perspective and the realistic situation that curriculum construction in local colleges and universities emphasizes theory rather than practice at present. The purpose of this paper is to explore and construct a kind of curriculum quality guarantee system, which has strong comprehensiveness, outstanding practicality, good docking between the development of foreign superior resources and regional economic development, and realizes the local internationalization cultivation of applied talents in local colleges and universities under the background of economic globalization. In order to meet the needs of internationalization of higher education and curriculum reform of colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents in regional society, to improve the international competitiveness of applied talents in local colleges and universities, and to enhance the value and social status of local universities. Taking the internationalization of higher education as the background, this paper summarizes the existing problems and analyzes its experience through the theoretical review and the historical and comparative research on the guarantee system of curriculum quality in local colleges and universities at home and abroad. As a reference for the construction of curriculum quality assurance system in local colleges and universities in China. At the same time, it analyzes the factor system of the local university curriculum quality assurance system, and puts forward the construction strategy of the local university curriculum quality assurance system. This article is divided into the following main parts: First of all, it analyzes the basis and principle of the construction of curriculum quality guarantee system in local colleges and universities. Following the laws of education and talent training, starting from the objective reality of the change of talent training objectives under the market characteristics of economic globalization, and taking the relevant theories of higher education, higher education management and other disciplines as the support, This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and practical basis of constructing the guarantee system of curriculum quality in local colleges and universities, and puts forward the principles of constructing the guarantee system of curriculum quality in local colleges and universities. Secondly, the quality guarantee system of applied talents training in local colleges and universities at home and abroad is comparatively analyzed, and its overall characteristics are analyzed for reference. Third, analyze the factors that influence the construction of local university curriculum quality assurance system. By means of text research and case analysis, this paper forms a factor system for the construction of curriculum quality assurance system in local colleges and universities, and constructs a course quality assurance system according to the function and relationship of each factor. Finally, the construction of local colleges and universities curriculum quality assurance system strategy. Including the strategy of curriculum concept transformation, optimization of curriculum system, teacher training strategy, curriculum resource reorganization strategy, curriculum management refinement strategy and so on.
