新疆医学大学生睡眠质量和学习能力及相关因素研究

【摘要】:目的:通过调查新疆某医学院大学生睡眠健康状况,研究其影响因素,探讨睡眠质量与学习能力的关系,为促进大学生身心健康的发展和开展大学生健康教育提供理论依据。方法:采用整群分层抽样的方法对新疆某医科大学1219名本科学生应用自制睡眠质量影响因素调查表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数进行问卷调查。统计分析采用SPSS17.0软件包处理,主要方法包括:两组间均数比较采用两个独立样本t检验,多组均值采用ANOVA检验,SNK检验;等级资料采用Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskal-Wallis H Test; PSQI各成份与总分之间、睡眠质量与学习成绩之间进行线性相关分析及逐步多元线性回归分析。结果:本次调查共发放问卷1240份,收回问卷1230份,回收率99.1%;有效问卷1219份,有效应答率为97.5%。被调查的1219名医学大学生的PSQI总平均分为(7.59±2.85),各成份按照在PSQI总平均分中所占的比重,从大到小依次为:睡眠时间(21.9%)、入睡时间(18.1%)、日间功能障碍(17.7%)、睡眠效率(15.2%)、主观睡眠质量(13.7%)、睡眠障碍(12.3%)、催眠药物(1.3%)。48.4%的学生睡眠质量差,39%的学生睡眠质量一般,睡眠质量好的学生占12.6%。睡眠质量影响因素的单因素分析中,不同民族,生源地,睡前进食,睡前锻炼,睡前喝茶或咖啡,睡前上网,睡眠是否受到舍友干扰,单亲,就业信心其PSQI总分之间、PSQI总分等级之间的差异均有统计学意义;在PSQI总分影响因素的多元逐步回归分析中,“休息是否被舍友打扰”、“睡前是否进食”、“睡前是否喝茶或咖啡”、“民族”、“睡前是否上网”、“单亲”、“生源地”7个因素依次进入方程,其中“休息是否被舍友打扰”是影响睡眠质量的主要因素。睡眠质量与不同年级,专业,考研与否,专业满意度,学习成绩之间的差异有统计学意义,睡眠质量与学习成绩之间具有显著的相关性。结论:新疆某医学院大学生近一半存在睡眠问题,并且睡眠问题能够影响学习成绩,学校及有关部门应引起重视。睡眠质量与民族、生活习惯、单亲、生源地、专业满意度,就业信心、考研与否有关;与性别、独生子、家庭收入、学习成绩满意度无关。学校应采取各种措施改善大学生的睡眠环境,培养良好的睡眠健康意识,建立健康的生活模式,对于不同类型睡眠障碍问题的学生给与帮助,使医学大学生身心愉悦的度过大学生活。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the sleep health status of medical college students in Xinjiang, study its influencing factors and explore the relationship between sleep quality and learning ability, so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the development of college students' physical and mental health and carrying out health education for college students. Methods: 1219 undergraduate students from a medical university in Xinjiang were investigated with self-made sleep quality influencing factors questionnaire and Pittsburgh sleep quality index by cluster stratified sampling. The statistical analysis is processed by SPSS17.0 software package. The main methods are as follows: two independent samples t test are used to compare the mean of the two groups, the ANOVA test is used to test the multigroup mean value, the Mann-Whitney U test is used for the grade data, the components of Kruskal-Wallis H Test; PSQI and the total score are used. Linear correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis were carried out between sleep quality and academic achievement. Results: a total of 1240 questionnaires were sent out, 1230 questionnaires were collected, the recovery rate was 99.1%, and the effective response rate was 97.5% for 1219 valid questionnaires. The average PSQI score of 1219 medical college students was 7.59 卤2.85, and the proportion of each component in the total average score of PSQI was determined. From big to small, the order of sleep time was: sleep time was 21.9m, sleep time was 18.1g, daytime dysfunction was 17.7g, sleep efficiency was 15.2g, subjective sleep quality was 13.7g, sleep disorder 12.3g, hypnotic drugs 1.30.48.4% students had poor sleep quality, and 12.6students had good sleep quality. Single factor analysis of influencing factors of sleep quality: different nationalities, places of origin, eating before bedtime, exercise before bedtime, tea or coffee before bedtime, surfing the Internet before bedtime, whether sleep is disturbed by roommates, single parent, In the multiple stepwise regression analysis of the influencing factors of PSQI total score, "whether rest was disturbed by roommate", "whether to eat before bedtime", was significant in employment confidence. "whether tea or coffee before bedtime", "nation", "whether go online before bedtime", "single parent" and "place of origin" entered the equation in turn. Among them, "whether rest is disturbed by roommates" is the main factor affecting sleep quality. There were significant differences between sleep quality and different grades, major, postgraduate examination or not, professional satisfaction, and academic achievement, and there was a significant correlation between sleep quality and academic achievement. Conclusion: nearly half of the college students in a medical college in Xinjiang have sleep problems, and sleep problems can affect their academic performance. Sleep quality is related to nationality, living habits, single parents, places of origin, professional satisfaction, employment confidence, or not; it has nothing to do with gender, only child, family income, and academic achievement satisfaction. The school should take various measures to improve the sleeping environment of college students, cultivate a good sleep health consciousness, establish a healthy life pattern, and give help to students with different types of sleep disorders. Make medical college students enjoy college life physically and mentally.
