大学生思想政治素质测评工作的问题和对策研究

【摘要】:大学生思想政治素质测评工作是对大学生思想政治素质发展水平和状态的测量、分析和评价,通过测评,得出思想政治教育目标的理想化状态与实际状态的差异,从而检查与总结高校思想政治教育工作的实效性,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,全面贯彻执行党的教育方针,全面提高大学生思想政治素质,促进大学生的成长与全面发展。 大学生思想政治素质测评工作是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,是高校育人工作的一个有效手段和重要环节。高校对大学生思想政治素质进行科学的测评,能够客观、真实地反映大学生思想政治素质的状况,从而促使高校自觉改进思想政治教育工作的方法、内容甚至目标。我国部分高校在大学生思想政治素质测评工作上花了不少心思,投入了一定的精力。但是,从实际情况来看,各高校的测评工作参差不齐,大部分高校的大学生思想政治素质测评工作仍存在一些问题,科学可行的工作体系并未建立,仍有进一步研究的必要。 本研究通过调查问卷、深度访谈,并结合自身的工作经验和体会,对当前高校大学生思想政治素质测评工作的具体情况有所了解。在归纳和分析的基础上,看到当前高校大学生思想政治素质测评工作主要存在对测评工作的认识不到位、测评指标体系设置不科学、测评手段单一和方法不多、测评工作的功能发挥不到位等问题。 论文主张把大学生思想政治素质测评工作作为高校思想政治教育不可分割的一部分加以重视,认为马克思主义哲学原理、教育评价学理论、比较学理论、计量学理论、信息管理学理论是大学生思想政治素质测评工作的理论基础和来源,以这些理论为指导有利于对当前高校大学生思想政治素质测评工作存在的主要问题进行深入的分析,并提出相应的解决对策。一是由于把测评工作目的简单化、重“智育”轻“德育”等因素造成人们对测评工作存在的认识偏差问题,本研究提出要加强宣传,让广大师生了解并参与测评工作,引导广大师生正确认识测评工作,给予测评工作一定的政策倾斜。 二是由于指标体系内容具备复杂性、动态性、难控性造成的指标体系设置不科学问题,本研究提出要把握测评指标体系的整体性、掌握构建指标体系的方法、科学把握指标体系的动态性、简约性、可测性。 三是由于测评工作专业性强、技术性高、内容多等造成测评工作方式方法难以掌握问题,本研究提出开展测评工作应注意定性评价和定量评价相结合、形成性评价和终结性评价相结合、共性评价与个性评价相结合、自评与他评相结合的方法和手段。 四是由于高校工作人员的主观原因和客观原因造成测评工作的功能作用发挥不到位问题,本研究提出要建立由高校为主导、社会各界与大学生个体参与的测评工作机制、建立测评工作的综合保障机制、坚持并灵活运用测评工作的基本原则。 论文从思想政治和文化建设的高度把握大学生思想政治素质测评工作的价值导向,提出加强大学生思想政治素质测评工作的相应对策及注意问题,将为大学生思想政治素质测评工作的有效开展和实施提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The evaluation work of Ideological and political quality of college students is to measure the level and state of the development of Ideological and political quality of college students. Through evaluation and evaluation, the difference between the idealized state and the actual state of the ideological and political education aims is obtained, so as to check and summarize the actual effect of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and to strengthen and improve the ideology of college students. Political education, fully implementing the party's educational policy, improving the ideological and political quality of college students and promoting the growth and all-round development of college students.
The evaluation of the ideological and political quality of college students is an important part of the ideological and political education of college students and an effective means and important link in the education of colleges and universities. The scientific evaluation of the ideological and political quality of college students can objectively and truly reflect the state of Ideological and political quality of college students, so that colleges and universities can help themselves. Some colleges and universities in our country have spent a lot of thought on the evaluation of Ideological and political quality of college students and put some energy into the work. However, from the actual situation, the evaluation work of various colleges and universities is uneven, and the evaluation work of the ideological and political quality of the College Students is still stored in most colleges and universities. In some cases, a scientific and feasible work system has not been established, and there is still a need for further research.
Through the questionnaire, deep interview, and the experience and experience of his own work, this study has a certain understanding of the specific situation of the current college students' Ideological and political quality assessment work. On the basis of induction and analysis, it is found that the assessment work of the ideological and political quality of College Students is not in place. The setting of evaluation index system is not scientific, the means of assessment are single and the methods are few, and the function of evaluation work is not in place.
The thesis advocates that the evaluation work of Ideological and political quality of college students should be regarded as an inseparable part of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The theory of Marx's philosophy, the theory of educational evaluation, the theory of comparative science, the theory of metrology, and the theory of information management are the theoretical basis and source of the college students' thinking and thinking of political quality. Guided by these theories, it is beneficial to the analysis of the main problems existing in the evaluation work of the ideological and political quality of college students at present, and put forward the corresponding solutions. One is that the problems of understanding the evaluation work are caused by the simplification of the purpose of the evaluation work, the emphasis on "intellectual education" and the light of "moral education". This study proposes to strengthen the publicity, let the teachers and students understand and participate in the evaluation work, guide the teachers and students to correctly understand the evaluation work, and give a certain policy to the evaluation work.
The two is that the index system is unscientific due to the complexity, dynamic and difficult control of the index system.
