【摘要】：在良好的社会、经济、政策环境下及中国高等教育大众化的时代背景下,成都理工大学工程技术学院得到了快速发展；但又不可避免地暴露出一些问题和矛盾,如办学指导思想有待进一步明确、确定更加合理的办学定位、办学质量有待提高、教师队伍结构有待调整、专业结构有待优化、面临的竞争加剧等等；本文的研究旨在制定合适的发展战略来解决这些问题。本文利用文献法、调查访谈实证研究法等方法,广泛收集了尽可能全面的独立学院发展战略研究的相关资料；从分析成都理工大学工程技术学院的内外环境入手,通过宏观环境分析和行业结构分析,找出发展的机会与威胁；通过内部环境分析,发现自身的优势和劣势；然后结合SWOT分析和波特五力分析制定并选择成都理工大学工程技术学院的可持续发展战略,最后就战略实施提出相应的保障措施。通过本文的研究,有利于成都理工大学工程技术学院更好地抓住外部机会,发挥自身优势,克服内部的劣势,充分挖掘自身潜力,转劣势为优势,加强教育教学质量工程建设,增强核心竞争力,培养出更多的、合格的、有竞争力的、有影响力的应用型实践人才,以获得良好的社会知名度和美誉度,来保证成都理工大学工程技术学院长远的生存和更好的发展。希望通过成都理工大学工程技术学院发展战略研究,为国有独立学院的发展提供一些理论参考依据。
[Abstract]:Under the favorable social, economic and policy environment and the background of the popularization of higher education in China, the Institute of Engineering and Technology of Chengdu University of Technology developed rapidly, but inevitably exposed some problems and contradictions. For example, the guiding ideology of running a school needs to be further clarified, the orientation of running a school more reasonable, the quality of running a school to be improved, the structure of teachers to be adjusted, the professional structure to be optimized, and the competition to be intensified; The purpose of this paper is to formulate appropriate development strategies to solve these problems. By using the methods of literature and interview, this paper has collected as comprehensive as possible the relevant data of the development strategy of independent college, starting with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the school of engineering and technology of Chengdu University of Technology. Through macro-environmental analysis and industry structure analysis to find out the opportunities and threats of development, through the internal environment analysis, to find their own strengths and weaknesses; Then combined with SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis, the sustainable development strategy of Chengdu University of Technology Engineering and Technology School is formulated and selected. Finally, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward for the implementation of the strategy. Through the research of this paper, it is advantageous for Chengdu University of Technology Engineering and Technology College to seize the external opportunity, give full play to its own advantages, overcome its internal disadvantages, fully tap its potential, turn inferiority into advantages, and strengthen the construction of education and teaching quality engineering. Enhance the core competitiveness, cultivate more qualified, competitive, influential practical talents, in order to obtain good social awareness and reputation, To ensure the long-term survival and better development of engineering and technology school of Chengdu University of Technology. This paper hopes to provide some theoretical references for the development of independent state-owned colleges through the research on the development strategy of the Institute of Engineering and Technology of Chengdu University of Technology.
