师范生可持续发展素养问题及其教育研究

【摘要】：可持续发展,充分体现出科学发展观的精神实质,对我国未来的发展起着至关重要的作用。教育是促进可持续发展和提高人们解决环境与发展问题能力的关键,良好的可持续发展素养是师范生顺利胜任工作的重要保障。师范生所处的知识层次以及影响范围对于建设和谐的社会发展关系重大,是社会文明化、高素质化不可缺少的一部分。所以,研究师范生的可持续发展素养具有重大的现实意义。首先,综观我国可持续发展教育的情况,现实状况不容乐观,国民的可持续发展素养还比较低下。基于师范生对国家未来教育事业的重要性,有必要加强对师范生进行可持续发展教育。其次,笔者对可持续发展以及可持续发展教育的相关理论知识进行研究分析,制定了调查问卷,对西南大学一部分师范生进行了访谈和问卷调查,发现师范生可持续发展素养存在的问题比如：知识结构不合理；缺乏可持续发展教育观念；师范生自身可持续发展素质较低等。再次,通过对以上问题的分析,发现现在传统的专业教育以及可持续发展教育不能满足学生发展与社会发展的要求是导致师范生可持续发展素养问题的根本原因。最后,在可持续发展教育理论及课程设计理论的指导下,探讨可持续发展教育课程设计的原则与目标,以探究式学习为主的课堂教学模式、完善师资队伍建设以及设立专门的师范生可持续发展素养教育教学管理机构等途径保证可持续发展教育的有效实施。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development, which fully embodies the spiritual essence of the scientific development view, plays a vital role in the future development of our country. Education is the key to promote sustainable development and improve people's ability to solve environmental and development problems. The level of knowledge and the scope of influence of normal school students are of great importance to the construction of a harmonious society, which is an indispensable part of social civilization and high quality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the sustainable development accomplishment of normal school students. First of all, looking at the situation of sustainable development education in our country, the realistic situation is not optimistic, the national sustainable development accomplishment is still relatively low. On the basis of the importance of normal college students to the future education of our country, it is necessary to strengthen the sustainable development education for normal school students. Secondly, the author studies and analyzes the relevant theoretical knowledge of sustainable development and education for sustainable development, formulates a questionnaire, interviews and surveys some normal students in Southwest University. It is found that there are some problems in the quality of sustainable development of normal school students, such as unreasonable knowledge structure, lack of educational concept of sustainable development, low quality of sustainable development of normal school students and so on. Thirdly, through the analysis of the above problems, it is found that the traditional professional education and sustainable development education can not meet the requirements of students' development and social development. Finally, under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development education and the theory of curriculum design, this paper discusses the principles and objectives of curriculum design of sustainable development education, and discusses the classroom teaching mode with inquiry learning as the main part. The effective implementation of sustainable development education should be ensured by perfecting the construction of teachers' staff and setting up special teaching management institutions for normal students' sustainable development literacy education.
