基于工作搜寻理论的大学生工作搜寻能力研究

【摘要】：本文以解决当代大学生就业难问题为切入点,在对工作搜寻理论研究的基础上,采用文献检索法、问卷调查法、座谈法和统计分析相结合的方法进行研究,以探讨大学生就业的现状、问题与对策为起点,提出研究重点与分析框架,建构了大学生工作搜寻能力模型。本研究选择了河北省内石家庄、保定、秦皇岛、衡水、沧州五个地级市的10所普通高等院校的1000名大学生作为调查对象,发放调查问卷各1000份,收回有效问卷866份,利用所得到的一手数据对河北省大学生工作搜寻能力进行了规范的实证分析。研究取得了如下成果： (1)大学生工作搜寻能力模型包含着23项胜任特征,并且是一个5维结构,这5个维度分别是自身特质、技能水平、处理问题能力、职位适应能力和未来发展能力。通过调查问卷得到的数据可以很好的证实该理论模型。 (2)大学生工作搜寻能力模型的5个维度有效地解释了反映调查问卷中所提到的行为,其中有两个维度最为明显,一个是自我特质、另一个是技能水平,可以反应出大学生身上所存在的一些素质对于其找工作有着至关重要的影响,招聘单位看重的也往往是大学生身上所反应出得某种素质,若这种素质正好是招聘单位所看重的,那么大学生会比较容易的得到这份工作。 (3)根据调查目的和研究行为所编制的《大学生工作搜寻能力调查问卷》在一定程度上具有良好的心理测量学性能,能比较准确的反应出真实的情况。 (4)大学生所拥有的专业属性、政治面貌反应在工作搜寻能力上不存在显著的差异,而大学生的性别、就读学校的层次和家庭所在地这三个不同的个体特征反映在其工作搜寻能力上具有显著性差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the research on the theory of job search, this paper studies the problem of employment difficulties of contemporary college students by combining the methods of literature retrieval, questionnaire survey, discussion and statistical analysis. Taking the current situation, problems and countermeasures of college students' employment as the starting point, this paper puts forward the research emphases and analysis framework, and constructs the model of college students' job search ability. This study selected 1000 college students from 10 ordinary colleges and universities in five prefectural cities in Hebei Province, such as Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Qinhuangdao, Hengshui and Cangzhou, as the objects of investigation. 1000 questionnaires were distributed and 866 valid questionnaires were collected. Based on the primary data, this paper makes a normative empirical analysis on the job search ability of college students in Hebei Province. The results of the study are as follows: 1) the job search ability model of college students contains 23 competencies and is a five-dimensional structure. These five dimensions are their own characteristics, skill level, problem-solving ability, post adaptability and future development ability. The data obtained from the questionnaire can well confirm the theoretical model. 2) the five dimensions of the job search ability model of college students effectively explained the behaviors mentioned in the questionnaire, two of which were the most obvious, one was self-trait, the other was skill level. It can reflect the existence of some qualities in college students have a vital impact on their job search, recruitment units often value the college students reflected in a certain quality, if this quality is exactly what the recruitment unit values, Then college students will get the job more easily. 3) the questionnaire of college students' job search ability has good psychometric performance to some extent, and can accurately reflect the real situation. (4) there was no significant difference in job search ability among college students in terms of their professional attributes and political features, while the gender of college students, There are significant differences in job search ability among the three different individual characteristics of school level and family location.
