高校实验教学人员的定位与角色探讨

【摘要】:高校卓越工程师的教育培养是造就一大批具有工程实践和创新能力、适应国民经济建设需求的高素质工程技术人才,实验教学无疑是卓越工程师培养的重要方面。通过厘清在卓越工程师培养视阈下实验教学以学生为本的工作理念、教师的"主人翁"和"终身学习"两种意识和抓好良好实验习惯养成、动手能力培养以及注重实验骨干等三项工作,正确定位实验教学观,调整实验评价体系,把握学生实验的差异性、指导性和社会适应性,才能为卓越工程师人才的培养提供支撑和保障。
[Abstract]:The education and training of outstanding engineers in colleges and universities is to bring up a large number of high-quality engineering and technical talents with engineering practice and innovation ability and to meet the needs of national economic construction. Experiment teaching is undoubtedly an important aspect of the training of outstanding engineers. By clarifying the student-oriented work concept of experimental teaching in the training of outstanding engineers, teachers' awareness of "master" and "lifelong learning" and the cultivation of good experimental habits, The training of practical ability and laying stress on the backbone of the experiment should correctly position the teaching view of the experiment, adjust the evaluation system of the experiment, and grasp the differences, guidance and social adaptability of the students' experiments. Ability to provide support and guarantee for the training of outstanding engineers.
