【摘要】:百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。2007年5月,国务院办公厅发布《教育部、财政部、中央编办、人事部关于教育部直属师范大学师范生免费教育实施办法(试行)》(国办发(2007]34号),决定从2007年起在教育部直属六所师范大学实施师范生免费教育,到现在已经招收六届免费教育师范生,全国近六万人。师范生免费教育政策,是国家深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略和教育优先发展战略,充分发挥教育在经济社会发展中的基础性、先导性和全局性地位和作用的重大举措。采取这一重大举措,就是要进一步形成尊师重教的浓厚氛围,让教育成为全社会最受尊重的事业;就是要培养大批优秀的教师;就是要提倡教育家办学,鼓励更多的优秀青年终身做教育工作者。日常思想政治教育是大学生思想政治教育的主阵地,要把国家师范生免费教育政策落到实处,把免费教育师范生培养成为未来优秀的教师和教育家,急需加强免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育。免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育研究是时代赋予的一项新课题,将此作为论题,对进一步丰富大学生思想政治教育理论,推动免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育科学发展,切实贯彻落实和完善国家师范生免费教育政策具有重要意义。本论文坚持马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,厘定免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的核心要义,判定免费教育师范生的基本方位,深入探究免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的理论支撑和政策依据,对新形势平进一步加强免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育提出策略思考。 论文由导论、五章和结论构成。 导论:阐述论题的提出,阐明论题研究的理论价值和实践意义,厘清论题研究的基本思路和方法。 第一章:厘定免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的核心要义。首先,在师范生教育发展的历史视域下,揭示免费教育师范生的的基本概念、历史溯源和基本特征,同答免费教育师范生“是何”的问题。其次,在大学生日常思想政治教育涵义剖析的基础上,阐明免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的科学内涵和重要特性,回答免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育“是何”的问题。 第二章:探讨免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的定位。一是基于免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育理论属性论述免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育是大学生思想政治教育的特殊形态;二是基于免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育实践价值论述免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育是培养未来优秀教师和教育家的生动实践。 第三章:阐述免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的理论支撑和政策依据。一方面阐述中国共产党和国家主要领导人的有关论述,揭示其理论支撑;另一方面,探寻免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的政策依据。 第四章:免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的现状分析。在实证调研和权威资料支撑基础上,总结免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育取得的主要成效,指出免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育存在的主要问题,并从认识偏差、政策局限和不良环境的干扰等维度对存在的主要问题进行归因分析。 第五章:免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育的策略思考。这是本文的逻辑终点和归宿所在,即免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育如何在实践中得以加强和改进,切实提高实效性,包括树立科学理念、遵循实践准则、选择主要内容、拓展有效途径等方面。 结论:阐明免费教育师范生日常思想政治教育研究自身所具有的独特的理论品性和实践品性,陈述论文研究中的不周和未尽之遗憾,以及作者期冀在日后的理论研究和实践探索中继续深化和完善的地方。
[Abstract]:In May of.2007, the office of the State Council issued < the Ministry of education, the Ministry of finance, the central arrangement and the Ministry of personnel of the Ministry of education from the Ministry of education for the implementation of free education for normal university students (National Office) (2007]34), and decided to carry out normal education in six normal universities directly under the Ministry of education from 2007. The free education for free education has now recruited six free education normal students and nearly sixty thousand people in the country. The free education policy of normal students is the national strategy of developing the country by science and education, the strategy of talent power and the priority of education, and the importance of education in the economic and social development, and the importance of leading and global status and role. Measures to take this important measure is to further form a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and teachers, to make education the most respected cause of the whole society, to cultivate a large number of excellent teachers, to encourage educationists to run schools and to encourage more outstanding young people to be educational workers for life. The main position of the treatment education is to put the free education policy of the state normal students to the real place, to train the free education normal students to be the outstanding teachers and educationists in the future. It is urgent to strengthen the ideological and political education of the free education teachers' birthday. The study of the ideological and political education for the free education normal birthday is a new subject endowed by the times. The thesis is of great significance to further enriching the theory of Ideological and political education for college students, promoting the scientific development of normal ideological and political education for teachers' birthday free of charge, implementing and perfecting the free education policy of the national normal school students. This thesis insists on the standpoint, point and method of Marx's doctrine. The key point of political education is to determine the basic orientation of free education for normal students and to explore the theoretical support and policy basis of the free education normal ideological and political education for normal birthday.
The paper is made up of introduction, five chapters and conclusions.
Introduction: it expounds the proposition of the topic, expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of the topic study, and clarifies the basic thinking and method of the topic research.
The first chapter is to define the core essentials of Ideological and political education for normal education in normal school. First, under the historical perspective of the education development of normal students, it reveals the basic concepts, historical traceability and basic characteristics of free education normal students, and answers the question of "what" is the free education of normal students. It states the unweeks and unregrets in the study of the paper, and the author hopes to continue to deepen and improve the theoretical research and practical exploration in the future.
