课堂教学中的素质教育——以“地史学”为例

【摘要】:课堂教学的目标和追求应该聚焦于如何使学生收获素质的提升(传道)、技能的扩展(授业)和知识的增加(解惑),其本质追求是学生整体素质的提升。课堂教学中实施素质教育主要应做好三方面工作:加强教与学的质量评价,制订素质教学大纲,改革教与学的内容和方法。实现知识型向素质型课堂教学转变的关键是:在课堂教学过程中,利用教师的主导、引导和指导,激活和点燃学生的能动、主动和互动;基于共性,培育和发展学生的个性。并以"地史学"课堂教学中的部分内容为例,阐述课堂教学中如何实施素质教育。
[Abstract]:The goal and pursuit of classroom teaching should focus on how to improve the students' quality of harvest (preaching), expanding their skills (teaching) and increasing their knowledge. The essential pursuit of classroom teaching is the improvement of students' overall quality. The implementation of quality education in classroom teaching should do a good job in three aspects: strengthening the quality evaluation of teaching and learning, formulating the outline of quality teaching, and reforming the contents and methods of teaching and learning. The key to realize the transformation from knowledge-based to quality-oriented classroom teaching is as follows: in the course of classroom teaching, teachers should be used to lead, guide and guide, activate and ignite students' initiative, initiative and interaction, and cultivate and develop students' individuality based on generality. Taking some contents in the classroom teaching of geography history as an example, this paper expounds how to carry out quality education in classroom teaching.
