高校教育管理信息资源整合的研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育信息化进程的不断加快,高校用于教学、科研与管理的信息系统日益丰富,但由于高校信息化建设周期长,缺乏统一规划等原因,往往造成各业务部门按自身需求自行建设其信息管理系统,导致了各个系统之间所谓“信息孤岛”现象的出现,各部门无法共享与使用教育基础信息数据。这个问题严重影响了教育管理信息资源在高校中的使用效率,制约高等教育信息化发展。为了解决该问题,本文提出以整合高等学校教育管理资源基础数据的方式,解决数据访问一致性与有效性的问题。在充分分析高等学校教育资源数据特点,总结其数据整合的现状后,本文提出以中国网络教育技术标准(CELTS)作为高校教育管理信息资源数据整合标准,并简要介绍了该标准体系。然后对比分析了目前几类数据整合技术,选择使用中间件技术作为高校教育资源数据整合技术,进一步对比分析中间件技术中的几种实现手段,并选择使用Hibernate ORM框架作为具体的数据整合实现工具。本文以某高校的教育管理类信息系统作为示例数据源,详细阐述了教育资源基础数据整合的实现过程。首先选取适合本研究的数据库系统与数据库建模工具,对数据整合的目标数据库进行了结构设计与可视化建模。接着详细研究了数据整合过程中需要解决的关键问题,并提出具体解决方案。针对该整合数据库,给出数据整合软件的架构设计,并详细阐述了其数据访问层、数据整合业务层、数据查询业务层的实现原理与过程。为清晰说明高校教育资源数据整合的原理,展现Hibernate框架为数据操作带来的便捷性,本文分别对整合数据库与异构数据源的数据访问层、整合业务层的实现进行了重点阐述。最后,对本研究进行了总结与展望,明确下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of higher education informatization, the information systems used in teaching, scientific research and management are increasingly abundant in colleges and universities, but due to the long period of information construction in colleges and universities, the lack of unified planning and other reasons. It often causes every business department to build its own information management system according to its own needs, which leads to the phenomenon of so-called "information island" among the systems, and the departments can not share and use the basic information data of education. This problem has seriously affected the utilization efficiency of educational management information resources in colleges and universities and restricted the development of higher education informatization. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to solve the problem of consistency and validity of data access by integrating the basic data of educational management resources in colleges and universities. After analyzing the characteristics of the data of educational resources in colleges and universities and summarizing the present situation of data integration, this paper puts forward CELTS (China Network Education Technical Standard) as the standard of data integration of university educational management information resources, and briefly introduces the standard system. Then it compares and analyzes several kinds of data integration technologies, chooses middleware technology as the technology of data integration of educational resources in colleges and universities, and further compares and analyzes several means of implementation of middleware technology. And choose to use Hibernate ORM framework as a specific data integration implementation tool. This paper takes the educational management information system of a university as an example data source, and expounds the realization process of the basic data integration of educational resources in detail. Firstly, the database system and the database modeling tool which are suitable for this research are selected, and the structure design and visual modeling of the target database for data integration are carried out. Then, the key problems to be solved in the process of data integration are studied in detail, and specific solutions are put forward. For the integrated database, the architecture design of the data integration software is given, and the realization principle and process of the data access layer, the data integration service layer and the data query service layer are described in detail. In order to explain clearly the principle of data integration of educational resources in colleges and universities, and to show the convenience brought by Hibernate framework for data operation, this paper focuses on the implementation of data access layer and integrated business layer of integrated database and heterogeneous data sources. Finally, this research is summarized and prospected, and the next research direction is clear.
