普通高等学校院系教学工作目标管理体系研究

【摘要】:高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才,而人才的培养又是通过教学活动来实现的,教学工作是学校的中心工作,各院系是教学工作的主体。质量是学校的生命线,教学质量的高低决定着人才培养质量的高低,关系到学校的生存与发展。教学质量是高等学校的生命线,提高教学管理水平,改变传统的教学管理方法已成为高等学校十分重要的任务。因此,对高校院系的教学工作实行目标管理,是取得高效率和高质量的重要手段;制订科学有效的目标管理体系,是开展教学工作目标管理的基础,是实行教学工作目标管理的关键环节。 本文以目标管理理论和系统科学为理论基础,结合A高校院系教学工作目标管理现状,在全面分析其问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了相关对策建议,并尝试性地提出了优化高校院系教学工作目标管理体系的策略。本文分为四个部分: 第一部分——“绪论”。该部分介绍了研究缘起及研究意义,通过查阅文献对有关我国普通高校院系教学工作目标管理的现状进行了梳理,并对文章的研究思路、研究方法和主要内容做了简要说明; 第二部分——“理论探讨”。该部分介绍了目标管理和高等学校院系教学工作目标管理体系的概念内涵,阐述了高校实施院系教学工作目标管理的理论基础,并对管理目标的制订、指标体系的设计、考评的组织实施及考评信息的反馈等四个构成部分进行了理论性探讨; 第三部分——“问题分析”。该部分在对A校的院系教学工作目标管理的现状进行调查研究的基础上,指出了院系教学工作目标管理过程中存在的问题主要有:目标体系构成欠科学、目标实施过程缺乏监控、指标系统效度不足、结果处理不够及时等,并对其成因进行了分析; 第四部分——“优化对策”。该部分从目标管理和系统科学出发,对当前高等学校院系教学工作在目标管理工作中存在的问题,围绕如何完善并规范管理目标体系、科学构建考评指标体系、优化考评实施过程、充分有效利用考评结果等方面,提出进步优化高等学校院系教学工作目标管理体系的相应对策。
[Abstract]:The task of higher education is to cultivate senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, and the cultivation of talents is realized through teaching activities. Teaching work is the central work of the school, and the departments and colleges are the main body of teaching work. Quality is the lifeline of the school. The quality of teaching determines the quality of talent training and relates to the survival and development of the school. Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities. It has become a very important task for colleges and universities to improve the level of teaching management and change the traditional teaching management methods. Therefore, it is an important means to achieve high efficiency and high quality to carry out the goal management in the teaching work of colleges and departments, and to formulate a scientific and effective goal management system is the basis of carrying out the goal management of teaching work. It is the key link of carrying out the goal management of teaching work. On the basis of the theory of objective management and system science, combined with the present situation of teaching objective management in A university, this paper, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its problems, puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. It also puts forward the strategy of optimizing the target management system of teaching work in colleges and departments. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part-introduction. This part introduces the origin and significance of the research, combs the current situation of the teaching objective management of colleges and departments in our country by consulting the literature, and briefly explains the research ideas, research methods and main contents of the article. The second part-"theoretical discussion". This part introduces the concept connotation of the objective management and the teaching objective management system of colleges and departments, expounds the theoretical basis of implementing the objective management of college and department teaching work, and formulates the management objectives and designs the index system. The organization and implementation of the evaluation and the feedback of the evaluation information are discussed theoretically. The third part-problem Analysis. On the basis of the investigation and research on the current situation of teaching objective management in A school, this part points out the main problems in the process of teaching objective management: the structure of the target system is not scientific. The target implementation process is short of monitoring, the index system validity is insufficient, the result processing is not in time and so on, and the cause of its formation is analyzed. The fourth part-"the optimization countermeasure". Starting from the goal management and system science, this part focuses on how to perfect and standardize the management target system and scientifically construct the evaluation index system for the problems existing in the current teaching work of colleges and departments in the field of objective management. In order to optimize the implementation process and make full use of the evaluation results, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve and optimize the target management system of teaching work in colleges and departments of colleges and universities.
