哈萨克斯坦阿克托别市高校汉语教学情况调查

【摘要】:中哈两国是山水相连的友好邻邦,随着中哈两国关系的深化,经济贸易来往增多,在哈萨克斯坦需要学习汉语者日益增多。从开展汉语教学的学校分布情况来看,越靠近中哈边境,开展汉语教学的学校越多,特别是离中国最近的大城市阿拉木图较为突出,近年来在远离中哈边境地区较远的哈国北部,南部及西部地区城市的“汉语热”也在逐年升温,渐呈燎原之势。 本文拟就哈萨克斯坦阿克托别市汉语教学及学生学习现状进行调查和研究,以此来了解阿克托别高校汉语教学现状,这对提高阿克托别高校学生对汉语的学习及高校汉语教学质量、提高汉语人才培养质量、促进汉语教学在阿克托别的推广以及中哈两国政治、经济和文化交流具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 从阿克托别拜依什大学2007年首次开设汉语课程,到2011年阿克托别孔子学院成立,对拜依什大学和孔子学院来讲都是进行摸索、试验并不断积累经验的初级阶段。这一时期的主要任务是开创和发展汉语教育事业,由于各方面条件的局限,尤其是师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,制约了拜依什大学和孔子学院的学科建设,两家教学机构在教材建设、教学方法、学术研究方面还有许多工作需要去做。随着孔子学院汉语教学逐步向多层次、多类型、比较完整的教育体系和课程体系发展,必将对孔子学院的教师素质提出更高的要求。拜依什大学和孔子学院汉语教学目前面临的诸多问题都说明,首先应该关注师资方面凸显出来的问题,孔子学院尤其要注意培养汉语教师具备与时俱进的教学理念,汉语教师应该熟练掌握俄语或者哈语,提高自身素质,也方便与学生讲课和沟通。师资队伍建设是学科建设的重要标志,同时还应该有一至两名博士学历或副教授以上职称的可以用本地语言进行研究的专家型教师作为学科带头人,以学术研究带动教学水平,举办讲座并开设双语翻译特色课程,发展中文专业和汉语学历教育,使孔子学院的汉语教学迈上更高的台阶,为阿克托别地区的汉语教育事业的发展做出贡献。 本论文信息内容60%来自于问卷调查,25%来自访谈,15%来自于参考文献与注释。
[Abstract]:China and Kazakhstan are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. With the deepening of Sino-Kazakh relations and the increase of economic and trade exchanges, there are more and more people who need to learn Chinese in Kazakhstan. Judging from the distribution of Chinese language teaching schools, the closer they are to the border between China and Kazakhstan, the more schools they carry out Chinese teaching, especially in Almaty, the nearest big city in China. In recent years, the "Chinese fever" in the cities of northern, southern and western Kazakhstan far from the border area between China and Kazakhstan has been rising year by year, and has gradually become a prairie fire. This paper intends to investigate and study the present situation of Chinese teaching and students' study in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, in order to understand the present situation of Chinese teaching in Aktobe colleges and universities. This will improve the learning of Chinese and the quality of teaching Chinese in colleges and universities, improve the quality of training Chinese talents, promote the promotion of Chinese teaching in Akto and the politics of China and Kazakhstan. Economic and cultural exchanges have important theoretical and practical significance. From the first opening of Chinese course in Aktobeth University in 2007 to the establishment of Confucius Institute in Aktobe in 2011, it is a preliminary stage for Baiesh University and Confucius Institute to explore, experiment and accumulate experience. The main task of this period is to create and develop Chinese language education. Due to the limitations of various conditions, especially the problems in the construction of teachers, the discipline construction of Baiesh University and Confucius Institute has been restricted. There is still a lot of work to be done in textbook construction, teaching methods and academic research. With the gradual development of Confucius Institute Chinese teaching towards multi-level, multi-type, relatively complete educational system and curriculum system, the teachers' quality of Confucius Institute will be demanded higher. Many problems in the teaching of Chinese language in Baiesh University and Confucius Institute show that, first of all, attention should be paid to the outstanding problems of teachers, and Confucius Institutes should pay particular attention to training Chinese teachers to have the teaching idea of keeping pace with the times. Chinese teachers should be proficient in Russian or Kazakh, improve their own quality, and easy to teach and communicate with students. The construction of the teaching staff is an important symbol of discipline construction. At the same time, there should also be one or two expert teachers with a doctoral degree or an associate professor's title or above who can conduct research in the local language as the subject leader, with academic research driving the teaching level. Holding lectures and offering bilingual translation courses to develop Chinese major and Chinese diploma education, make the Chinese teaching of Confucius Institute to a higher level, and contribute to the development of Chinese education in Aktobe. 60% of the information in this paper comes from questionnaires, 25% from interviews and 15% from references and notes.
