“90后”大学生理想信念教育探析

【摘要】:理想信念教育是思想政治教育的核心,“90后”大学生将逐渐成为我国高校思想政治教育的主要对象,因此“90后”大学生理想信念教育应当引起足够重视。当前我国“90后”大学生的理想信念教育工作虽然取得了一些成效,但仍存在一系列问题:社会政治理想迷茫,认为共产主义最高理想遥不可及,将共同理想等同于“三步走”战略,对社会主义持怀疑态度;在生活理想上重视物质理想,忽视精神理想;在职业理想上重视个人功利,忽视个人对社会的责任和奉献;在道德理想上,推崇“合理的利己主义”;不能正确处理好理想与现实之间的关系,缺少艰苦奋斗精神。造成“90后”大学生理想信念出现问题的原因是多方面的,主要包括西方资本主义思潮的影响和腐朽生活方式的渗透,社会主义市场经济的消极影响,学校理想信念教育的不足,家庭理想信念教育的不当以及“90后”大学生自身知行的不统一。要想使“90后”大学生的理想信念教育工作取得实效,必须发挥各个方面的合力。首先,要充分发挥高校在理想信念教育中的主渠道作用。学校领导要高度重视理想信念教育,,要培养一支具有高素质的教师队伍,把握好理想信念教育的重点内容,灵活运用理想信念教育的方法。其次,要加强社会环境建设,营造良好的社会风气,重点加强政治环境、经济环境法制环境和文化环境几方面着手。再次,要重视家庭教育的作用。家长要发挥自身的榜样示范作用,善于将理想信念教育贯穿到孩子的整个成长过程中。最后,“90后”大学生要坚持自教自律,自觉将理想信念内化到自己的思想体系中。只有从上述几个方面着手,才能真正帮助“90后”大学生树立科学的理想信念。
[Abstract]:Ideal and belief education is the core of ideological and political education, and "post-90s" college students will gradually become the main object of ideological and political education in our country. Therefore, "post-90s" college students' ideal and belief education should be paid enough attention to. Although some achievements have been made in the education of ideals and beliefs of post-90s college students in our country, there are still a series of problems: the social and political ideals are confused, and the highest ideal of communism is held to be far from reachable. The common ideal is equated with the "three steps" strategy, which holds a skeptical attitude towards socialism; attaches importance to the material ideal in the ideal of life, neglects the spiritual ideal, attaches importance to the individual utility in the ideal of profession, neglects the individual's responsibility and dedication to the society; In the moral ideal, we canonize "reasonable egoism", can not correctly handle the relationship between ideal and reality, and lack the spirit of hard struggle. The causes of the problems in the ideals and beliefs of the post-90s college students are various, including the influence of the western capitalist trend of thought and the infiltration of the decadent way of life, and the negative influence of the socialist market economy. The deficiency of school ideal and belief education, the improper education of family ideal and belief, and the disunity of students' own knowledge and practice. If we want to make the ideal and belief education of post-90s college students effective, we must exert the resultant force of all aspects. First of all, colleges and universities should give full play to the role of the main channel in the education of ideals and beliefs. School leaders should attach great importance to the education of ideals and beliefs, train a contingent of teachers with high quality, grasp the key contents of the education of ideals and beliefs, and flexibly apply the methods of education of ideals and beliefs. Secondly, we should strengthen the construction of social environment, create a good social atmosphere, and focus on strengthening the political environment, economic environment, legal environment and cultural environment. Third, we should attach importance to the role of family education. Parents should play their role as role models and be good at teaching ideals and beliefs throughout their children's growth. Finally, the post-90s college students should insist on self-teaching and self-discipline and consciously internalize their ideals and beliefs into their own ideological system. Only from the above several aspects can we really help the post-90s college students to set up scientific ideals and beliefs.
