当代大学核心价值建设的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：新中国成立以来，经过六十多年的理论摸索与实践改革，大学的发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩，大学教育由精英化阶段步入大众化阶段，越来越多的人得以享受到优质的教育资源，，大学输出了大量的高水平高素质人才，为人力资源强国战略目标的实现奠定了良好基础，大学科研成果层出不穷并不断转化为应用成果，极大地促进了社会生产力的发展。相伴着大学成绩而生的还有一系列问题，尤其是在价值理念冗杂的当今时代，大学越来越真切地面临着价值定位不明、价值混乱、价值错位、价值失效甚至价值扭曲等多方面的问题，大学的进一步发展遭遇了空前的瓶颈，如何突破瓶颈找寻出路就成了大学的当务之急，建设当代大学的核心价值正是在这一形势之下提出的。本文的目的在于归纳当代大学的核心价值，探寻当代大学核心价值建设面临的困境，提出当代大学核心价值建设的对策。具体而言，第一章绪论介绍了研究背景和研究意义，提出自己的研究思路。第二章是理论溯源部分，对文章涉及到的几个重点概念价值、核心价值、大学价值以及大学核心价值进行了解读。第三章阐述了建设当代大学核心价值的原因，从社会层面和自我层面确立了当代大学核心价值。第四章分析了当代大学核心价值建设过程中面临的困境，既有经济、政治、社会、文化原因造成的外部困境，也有大学自身原因造成的内部困境。第五章就如何突破当代大学核心价值建设的困境，从政府、社会和大学三个方面展开了详细的论述。最后结语部分总结了文章的研究内容并提出了研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, after more than 60 years of theoretical exploration and practical reform, the development of universities has made remarkable achievements, and university education has moved from the stage of elite to the stage of popularization. More and more people can enjoy the high quality educational resources, the university has exported a large number of high level and high quality talents, which has laid a good foundation for the realization of the strategic goal of the powerful country of human resources. University scientific research achievements emerge in endlessly and are transformed into applied results, which greatly promote the development of social productive forces. There are also a series of problems associated with university achievement, especially in the age of jumbled value concept, the university is more and more faced with value orientation unknown, value confusion, value dislocation, There are many problems such as value failure and even value distortion. The further development of universities has encountered unprecedented bottlenecks. How to break through the bottlenecks and find a way out has become an urgent task for universities. The core value of constructing contemporary university is put forward under this situation. The purpose of this paper is to sum up the core values of contemporary universities, to explore the difficulties faced by the construction of core values of contemporary universities, and to put forward the countermeasures for the construction of core values of contemporary universities. Specifically, the first chapter introduces the research background and significance, and puts forward its own research ideas. The second chapter is the theoretical traceability part, the article involves several key concept value, the core value, the university value and the university core value has carried on the interpretation. The third chapter expounds the reasons of constructing the core value of contemporary university, and establishes the core value of contemporary university from the social level and self level. The fourth chapter analyzes the difficulties faced in the process of the construction of the core values of contemporary universities, including the external dilemma caused by economic, political, social and cultural reasons, as well as the internal difficulties caused by the university itself. Chapter five discusses in detail how to break through the dilemma of the construction of the core values of contemporary universities from three aspects: government, society and universities. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the research content and puts forward the research prospect.
