基于大学生学习状况的高校教学改革研究

【摘要】:当前,高校教学改革最核心最紧迫的任务就是提高高等教育质量,质量是高等教育的生命线。大学生的学习状况是高等教育教学质量的根本体现。因此,进行高校教学改革的研究首先要深入了解大学生的学习状况,制定能够促进大学生学习的高校教学改革措施。但是,从资料的检索情况来看,目前高校教学改革的研究很少是基于大学生学习状况的基础上的,各种解决途径都不是很深入,操作性不强,,难以指导实践的开展。 基于此,本研究进行了大学生学习状况的调查研究,在调查的基础上,通过理论总结与分析,提出高校教学改革应该采取哪些措施。本研究编制了大学生学习状况的调查问卷,对河南省的河南大学、郑州大学、河南财经政法大学的800名在校本科生进行了关于学习现状的调查。 大学生学习状况的调查结果为:部分学生学习的目的不够明确;大部分学生没有形成自己的学习方法;大学生的专业选择存在盲听盲从的现象;大学生的学习自主性缺失等。 在掌握到大学生的基本学习状况之后,通过资料分析和访谈的形式总结出影响大学生学习状况的因素主要有以下几点:(1)学生的自身问题主要表现在学习动力不足,学习方法不适应,专业认同感较弱。(2)教学因素主要表现在课程体系建设与教学内容滞后;教学方式单一、缺少教学艺术;对学生学业水平考核比较落后。(3)环境因素:市场经济和不良社会舆论对大学生学习的影响;就业压力大;学校的学习氛围对学生的学习兴趣的影响。 针对大学生的学习状况所面临的问题,结合高校教学改革的现状,本文提出了一些为改善大学生学习的高校教学改革的措施和建议:(1)树立以“学生为本”的教学改革理念;(2)确立以提高学习指导水平为核心的教学改革内容;(3)体现改善大学生学习状况的教学方法改进;(4)形成符合大学培养目标的学业评价方式;(5)改善大学生的学习环境。
[Abstract]:At present, the most important and urgent task of teaching reform in colleges and universities is to improve the quality of higher education, which is the lifeline of higher education. The study condition of college students is the basic embodiment of higher education teaching quality. Therefore, in order to carry out the research on the teaching reform in colleges and universities, we should first deeply understand the learning situation of college students and formulate the teaching reform measures which can promote the learning of college students. However, from the point of view of the information retrieval, the current research on the teaching reform in colleges and universities is seldom based on the learning conditions of college students, and all kinds of solutions are not very deep and operational, so it is difficult to guide the development of practice. Based on this, this study has carried on the investigation research of the university student's study condition, on the basis of the investigation, through the theory summary and the analysis, proposed the university teaching reform which should take the measure. In this study, a questionnaire was compiled to investigate the learning status of 800 undergraduates from Henan University, Zhengzhou University and Henan University of Finance, Economics and Law. The results of the investigation are as follows: part of the students' learning purpose is not clear; most students have not formed their own learning methods; the phenomenon of blind listening blindness in college students' major choice; the lack of learning autonomy of college students and so on. After mastering the basic learning situation of college students, through data analysis and interview, we conclude that the main factors that affect the learning status of college students are as follows: 1) the students' own problems are mainly manifested in the lack of learning motivation. The main teaching factors are that the construction of curriculum system and the teaching content lag behind, the teaching method is single, and the teaching art is lacking, the main teaching factors are that the learning method is not suitable, and the professional identity is weak. The environmental factors are: the influence of market economy and bad public opinion on college students' study; the great pressure of employment; and the influence of school learning atmosphere on students' interest in learning. In view of the problems faced by college students in their learning situation, combined with the current situation of teaching reform in colleges and universities, This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions of teaching reform in colleges and universities in order to improve college students' learning. (1) to set up the idea of "student-oriented" teaching reform 2) to establish the content of teaching reform with the core of improving the level of study guidance. To improve the teaching method of college students' learning situation, to improve the learning environment of college students. (5) to improve the learning environment of college students by forming a way of academic evaluation that is in line with the objectives of college education.
