高校学科团队核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展,科学技术对国内经济的贡献也越来越大。另外,由于学术方向的细化和交叉学科的出现,科研工作对团队协作的需求也有着较大幅度的提升。为适应知识经济时代的科学技术发展的要求,本文试图通过对高校学科团队核心竞争力的评价并运用实证分析来验证所构建竞争力评价模型的实效性。本文的主要研究内容如下: 对团队及学科团队相关理论进行一个综述梳理,通过以企业、事业视角对核心竞争力的构成要素进行分析。在此基础上对学科团队的核心竞争力进行定义与描述,为后续的研究提供理论支持。文中对我国国内高校学科团队的发展现状及其学科团队的核心竞争力现状进行分析。通过分析为下文的评价指标体系设定提供现实依据。通过评价模型设计原则的设定,以层次分析法和模糊综合评价法为基础构建出基于二者的高校学科团队核心竞争力综合评价模型。在此基础上对模型的有效性进行分析,最终得到完整的学科团队核心竞争力评价模型。文章对R学科团队核心竞争力进行一个实证分析,通过问卷的设计构建出学科团队成员配置状况、学科团队科研资源处理状况、学科团队科研成果状况、学科团队环境适应状况、学科团队愿景规划状况五个维度进行考察,进一步细分出16个二级指标进行度量。通过调查问卷数据整理并最终运用前章所构建的评价模型进行了验证。文章最后对提升高校学科团队的核心竞争力提出对策建议:一方面,要通过制度保障、人力资本和资金保障、组织保障来构建出全方位的学科团队发展保障。另一方面,要通过提升并保持优势学科、实施目标管理法实现团队与其成员目标一致、强化知识创新提升学科团队的创新能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, science and technology contribute more and more to domestic economy. In addition, due to the refinement of academic direction and the emergence of interdisciplinary disciplines, the demand for team work has been greatly improved. In order to meet the requirements of the development of science and technology in the era of knowledge economy, this paper attempts to verify the effectiveness of the competitiveness evaluation model constructed by the evaluation of the core competitiveness of the discipline teams in colleges and universities and the use of empirical analysis. The main contents of this paper are as follows: This paper summarizes the relevant theories of team and discipline team, and analyzes the elements of core competence from the perspective of enterprise and enterprise. On this basis, the core competence of the subject team is defined and described, which provides theoretical support for further research. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of the discipline team and the core competence of the discipline team in our country. Through the analysis for the following evaluation index system set up to provide a realistic basis. By setting up the design principles of evaluation model, a comprehensive evaluation model of core competitiveness of university discipline team based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed. On this basis, the validity of the model is analyzed and a complete evaluation model of the core competence of the subject team is obtained. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the core competence of R subject team, and through the design of questionnaire, it constructs the status of subject team member configuration, subject team scientific research resource processing, subject team scientific research achievement. Subject team environment adaptation, subject team vision planning status of five dimensions were investigated, further subdivided into 16 secondary indicators to measure. Finally, the evaluation model constructed in the previous chapter is used to verify the questionnaire data. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness of discipline teams in colleges and universities: on the one hand, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive discipline team development guarantee through institutional security, human capital and financial security, and organizational security. On the other hand, we should promote and maintain the superior discipline, implement the objective management method to achieve the same goal between the team and its members, and strengthen the knowledge innovation to enhance the innovation ability of the discipline team.
