防治高校学术不端行为的教育对策研究

【摘要】：当前高校学术不端行为频发,如何防治高校学术不端行为对提高校科研水平,创建更多的世界一流大学,建设创新型国家具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文分为六个部分。第一部分对研究背景、意义、现状、方法和创新之处进行阐述；第二部分对学术不端的定义进行界定；第三部分和第四部分对高校学术不端行为的表现形式和危害进行研究；第五部分从多个角度分析高校学术不端产生的原因；第六部分是防治高校学术不端的对策研究。造成学术不端行为发生的原因有很多,本文侧重于从教育学的角度分析其产生的原因,包括高校忽视对学生的学术道德教育,部分高校教师对学生的指导不够,高校学生自身的学习动机不纯,缺乏科学精神等。在治理对策中也是着重于通过教育对策来进行治理,如通过强化学者道德自律、加强高校学术不端的耻感教育、重视新人学术规范教育、培养新人科学精神等。本文认为要从源头真正探究防治高校学术不端行为的对策,就必须要从伦理学的视角对其研究,在肯定制度和监督的同时,强调道德义务和科学精神以及内心修养特点,追求通过“厚德”最终成为至善君子的价值取向,构建一个由自我教育、家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育构成的完整的防治体系。
[Abstract]:At present, academic misconduct occurs frequently in colleges and universities. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to prevent and cure academic misconduct in colleges and universities, to establish more world-class universities and to build innovative countries. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part expounds the background, significance, present situation, methods and innovations of the research; the second part defines the definition of academic misconduct; the third and fourth parts study the manifestation and harm of academic misconduct in colleges and universities. The fifth part analyzes the causes of academic misconduct in colleges and universities from several angles, and the sixth part is the countermeasures to prevent and cure academic misconduct in colleges and universities. There are many reasons for the occurrence of academic misconduct. This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes from the perspective of pedagogy, including the neglect of academic moral education for students in colleges and universities, and the insufficient guidance provided by some university teachers to students. College students' own learning motivation is not pure, lack of scientific spirit and so on. In the governance countermeasures, it is also emphasized on the educational countermeasures, such as strengthening the moral self-discipline of the scholars, strengthening the shame education of academic misconduct in colleges and universities, attaching importance to the education of academic norms of the new students, and cultivating the scientific spirit of the new students, and so on. This paper holds that in order to truly explore the countermeasures to prevent and cure academic misconduct in colleges and universities from the source, we must study it from the perspective of ethics. While affirming the system and supervision, we should emphasize the moral obligation, scientific spirit and inner cultivation characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to establish a complete prevention and cure system composed of self-education, family education, school education and social education.
