尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的应用探析

【摘要】:21世纪是真正关注人、弘扬人、尊重人的主体性的世纪。中国的经济政治体制改革已经进入攻坚阶段,实现以人为本、促进人的全面发展已经成为当今中国社会发展的主题和目标。在此时代背景下,教育也在不断引进新的教育理念与思想。将尊重教育理念应用于高校思想政治教育,是对思想政治教育现状的反思,是对时代精神的一种把握。 尊重教育的核心是“以人为本”的教育,突出人的发展,体现了思想政治教育的基本价值。笔者适应时代发展要求将尊重教育理念引入高校思想政治教育的基本实践中,就是用先进的教育理念、时代的教育要求、合理的教育构架和科学的教育方式对学生进行思想政治教育。从思想政治教育的目标、过程、内容到形式,来审视和构建符合教育规律的思想政治教育模式。① 在《尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的应用探析》一文中,笔者以“尊重人的主体性、促进人的全面发展”的尊重教育理念统领全文。文章总体分为四部分:第一部分:绪论。首先介绍了选题的背景。其次从适应时代要求、增强思想政治教育实效性两方面探寻本文的研究目的和意义。最后阐释本文采用的研究方法,即文献法和逻辑分析法。创新之处有两点,即理论视角上的创新和逻辑分析法的彻底运用。第二部分:尊重教育理念概述。通过对尊重、尊重的教育涵义的探寻得出了作为一种教育理念的尊重教育的内涵与特征,及其在高校思想政治教育中应用的价值与意义。既而通过充分分析和借鉴中国古代的尊重教育思想、西方尊重教育思想和新世纪国内外学者对尊重教育理念研究的优秀成果,引出“尊重人的主体性、促进人的全面发展”,以此作为尊重教育理念在思想政治教育中应用的基点和出发点。第三部分:尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中应用的理论基础与基本体现。在此部分中,笔者从理论和实际运用两个角度阐述了尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中应用的理论基础和实际应用的具体体现。从而证明“尊重人的主体性、促进人的全面发展”这一贯穿全文理念的可行性和正确性。在理论上,以马克思主义人本思想为理论基础、以马斯洛需要层次理论为心理学依据。从尊重教育规律、尊重教育者、尊重受教育者三个方面对尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中具体应用进行论述。第四部分:尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的实践探索。笔者认为,在思想政治教育基本实践中,对尊重教育理念的运用存在着三个问题,即对尊重教育理念认识存在偏差、缺乏尊重的教育氛围、尊重的教育理念应用缺乏一定的系统性。针对以上存在的问题,,笔者提出了具体的解决策略。 文章通篇从立意到内容设定,都紧密地结合时代发展特点,紧密地结合高校思想政治理论课改革的实践经验,以高度尊重和关注人的主体性,实现人的全面发展为主线。本文对尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的应用进行了尝试性的探讨和研究,希望借此能够丰富尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的应用内涵,促进尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育领域发挥其尊重学生主体性的思想,增强思想政治教育的时效性,使思想政治教育呈现出更加崭新的局面。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is a century of real attention to people, carrying forward people and respecting the subjectivity of human beings. The reform of China's economic and political system has already entered the stage of attack. To realize people oriented and promote the all-round development of people has become the theme and goal of the development of Chinese society today. Under this background, education has also introduced new educational ideas and ideas. Applying the concept of respecting education to ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is a reflection of the current situation of Ideological and political education and a grasp of the spirit of the times.
The core of respect for education is "people-oriented" education, highlighting the development of people, reflecting the basic value of Ideological and political education. In the basic practice of introducing the concept of education to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, the author uses the advanced educational concept, the educational requirements of the times, the rational educational framework and science. The mode of Ideological and political education is carried out for students. From the goal, process, content and form of Ideological and political education, the ideological and political education pattern is examined and constructed.
In the study of the application of the concept of respect for education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, the author leads the full text with respect to the educational concept of "respecting the subjectivity of human beings and promoting the all-round development of people". The article is divided into four parts as a whole: the first part: introduction. First, the background of the topic is introduced. Secondly, it will strengthen the ideological and political affairs from the requirements of the times. In the two aspects of the effectiveness of the treatment of education, the purpose and significance of the study are explored. Finally, the research methods adopted in this article, namely, the literature method and the logical analysis method, have two points, namely, the innovation in the theoretical perspective and the thorough application of the logical analysis method. The second part: respect the educational concept of respect and respect by respecting and respecting. It explores the connotation and characteristics of education as an educational concept, and its value and significance in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Even through the full analysis and reference to the ancient Chinese educational thought, the Western respect for education and the outstanding achievements of the scholars at home and abroad to respect the educational concept of the new century, The third part: respect the theory and basic embodiment of the application of educational concept in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. In this part, the author expounds from two angles of theory and practice. This paper describes the theoretical basis and practical application of the concept of respect for education in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, so as to prove the feasibility and correctness of "respecting the subjectivity of human beings and promoting the all-round development of people". In theory, the theory is based on the theory of Marx's humanism and the needs of Maslow. The second theory is the psychological basis. From three aspects of respect for education law, respect for educator and respect for the educator, the concrete application of respect education concept in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is discussed. The fourth part: respect the practice and exploration of educational idea in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The author thinks that the basic practice of Ideological and political education is in the author's opinion. There are three problems in the application of the concept of respect for education. That is, there is a deviation in the understanding of the concept of respect for education, the lack of an educational atmosphere of respect, and the lack of a certain systematic application of the respect for the application of educational ideas.
From the idea to the content setting, the article closely combines the characteristics of the development of the times, closely combines the practical experience of the reform of the ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities, and highly respects and pays attention to the subjectivity of the human being, and realizes the overall development of the human being as the main line. This article has made an attempt to respect the application of the concept of education in the ideological and political education of the University. In the hope of enriching the concept of education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, we hope to enrich the idea of respecting the concept of education in the field of Ideological and political education, and enhance the timeliness of Ideological and political education, and make the ideological and political education present a more new situation.
