日本职业生涯教育研究

【摘要】:日本作为我国的邻邦,在将西方职业生涯教育引进到国内,结合自身特殊情况将其本土化方面有着成功经验。本文结合国内外的相关研究,根据论文所需,运用文献法、历史法、归纳法等研究方法系统的梳理整个日本职业生涯体系。通过分析其特点,,反思其问题,不仅可以帮助完善我国的职业生涯教育体系,而且有助于引导学生规划自己的人生,更好更快地发展和完善未来道路,实现自己的人生价值。 本文第一章主要是研究综述,通过日本和国内的研究现状梳理研究脉络,明确研究方法和意义。主要研究部分集中在第二、三、四章,从三个部分进行研究:其中第一部分首先以理论为基础,分析了日本的职业生涯教育主要理论基础及其在日本的发展和日本职业生涯教育发展历程,日本将美国的职业生涯理论作为先行理论基础,然后与国内实际相结合进一步发展,取得了良好效果;第二部分从内部出发,解读日本职业生涯教育组织体系及教育内容,目的在于了解日本整个职业生涯教育体系框架。这部分从学校、企业、社会三个方面了解其内部组织结构、教育内容、目的以及明确其对职业生涯教育的作用;第三部分以外部影响因素为立足点,从法律、专业组织机构、师资队伍等方面分析了日本职业生涯教育保障体系,探讨日本职业生涯教育成功的支持性条件。 最后,通过对日本职业生涯教育的研究,分析我国职业生涯教育所面临的困境,对此探讨如何结合我国的具体情况吸收日本职业生涯教育的成功经验。笔者认为要从普及职业生涯教育意识;建立完善的法律法规制度;推行职业生涯教育基础课程改革;建立学校与社会互动机制,密切教育与就业的联系等方面形成本土化的理论和实践模式。
[Abstract]:Japan, as a neighbour of our country, has introduced the Western Career Education into the country and has successful experience in its localization in combination with its own special circumstances. This paper, based on the relevant research and research at home and abroad, combs the whole Japanese career system by means of literature, history, induction and other research methods. The analysis of its characteristics and Reflection on its problems can not only help to improve our country's career education system, but also help guide students to plan their own life, better and faster development and improvement of the future road, and realize their own life value.
The first chapter of this paper is a summary of the research. Through the current research situation in Japan and the country, the research method and significance are clarifies. The main research part is concentrated in the second, third and four chapters, which are studied from three parts. The first part is the first part of the theoretical basis and the analysis of the main theoretical basis of the career education in Japan and the analysis of the basic theory of the Japanese career education. In the course of the development of Japan and the development of Japanese career education, Japan takes the American career theory as the foundation of the theory, and then combines with the domestic reality to further develop and achieve good results. The second part starts from the internal, interprets the organizational system and educational content of the Japanese career education, with the aim of understanding Japan. The whole framework of career education system. This part understands its internal organizational structure, education content, purpose and its role in the career education from three aspects of school, enterprise and society. The third part analyses the Japanese career from the aspects of law, professional organization and teachers. The educational guarantee system explores the supportive conditions for the success of career education in Japan.
Finally, through the study of the career education in Japan, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the career education in China, and discusses how to absorb the successful experience of the Japanese career education in combination with the specific circumstances of our country. The author thinks that it is necessary to popularize the consciousness of career education, establish a perfect law and regulation system, and carry out the career teaching. The reform of basic education curriculum, the establishment of an interactive mechanism between schools and society, and close links between education and employment form a localized theoretical and practical mode.
