态度改变理论视野下思想政治理论课教学研究

【摘要】:思想政治理论课作为对大学生进行思想政治教育的主要依托,其有效开展直接关系到大学生思想政治素质的提高、关系到大学生的全面发展,但是多年以来本课程教学效果差强人意,学界关于提高本课程教学实效性的研究也比比皆是。本文以马克思主义为指导,并借鉴社会心理学中的“态度改变理论”对增强思想政治理论课教学效果的相关问题进行了探讨。首先对态度与思想政治理论课的关系进行研究,以此作为本文的逻辑起点。以国内外社会心理学家关于态度的研究成果为养分,理解态度的内涵、形成与改变,并在这一基础上分析大学生对本课程积极态度对教学的促进作用以及消极态度带来的阻碍作用。接着,从马克思主义群众观、思想政治理论课教师价值实现和大学生健康发展三个方面强调教师要致力于改变某些大学生对本课程消极态度的必要性;从现代信息技术飞速前进、思想政治理论课教师队伍的发展和教师可用来指导教学实践的丰富理论成果三个方面寻找教师改变某些学生对本课程消极态度的可能性。然后,以思想政治理论课教学实际状况和对大学生对本课程态度的问卷调查结果为依据,概括大学生对本课程消极态度的表现,具体体现为对教师、对课堂教学、对课程考核的消极认知、情感和行为倾向。并从教师教学这一角度分析这一消极态度形成的原因。最后,探索教育者改变大学生对思想政治理论课消极态度的策略。教师要塑造自身的人格魅力、加强自身的专业素养以赢得学生对自己的尊敬和喜爱;要在教学过程中寻求突破点,适时更新教学观念、恰当调整教学内容、合理选择教学方法,激发大学生对本课程学习的兴趣和需求;要综合运用多种考察方法评价大学生关于本课程的学习成果,让大学生从心底重视本课程的学习;要齐力优化教学环境,包括优良的物质环境和健康的精神环境,让大学生在潜移默化中感受思想政治教育的意义。
[Abstract]:As the main support of ideological and political education for college students, the effective development of ideological and political theory course is directly related to the improvement of college students' ideological and political quality and the overall development of college students. However, for many years, the teaching effect of this course is unsatisfactory, and the academic research on improving the effectiveness of the course teaching is also very common. Under the guidance of Marxism and referring to the "attitude change theory" in social psychology, this paper probes into the related problems of enhancing the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course. Firstly, the relationship between attitude and ideological and political theory is studied as the logical starting point of this paper. Taking the research results of social psychologists at home and abroad on attitudes as nutrients, understanding the connotation of attitudes, forming and changing, On this basis, this paper analyzes the positive attitude of college students to the teaching of the positive role and the negative attitude of the obstacles. Then, from the Marxist view of the masses, the realization of teachers' value and the healthy development of college students, the author emphasizes the necessity of teachers' efforts to change the negative attitude of some college students to this course. From three aspects: the rapid advance of modern information technology, the development of teachers in ideological and political theory and the rich theoretical achievements that teachers can use to guide teaching practice, the possibility of teachers changing some students' negative attitude towards this course is sought. Then, on the basis of the actual situation of ideological and political theory teaching and the result of questionnaire survey on college students' attitude towards this course, the author summarizes the negative attitude of college students towards this course, which is embodied in teachers and classroom teaching. Negative cognitive, emotional and behavioral tendencies to the course assessment. And from the perspective of teachers teaching this negative attitude to the formation of the reasons. Finally, it explores the strategies for educators to change the negative attitude of college students towards ideological and political theory. Teachers should mold their own personality charm, strengthen their own professional accomplishment to win students' respect and love for themselves, seek breakthrough points in the teaching process, update their teaching concepts in good time, adjust teaching contents appropriately, and choose teaching methods reasonably. It is necessary to stimulate the interest and demand of college students in the study of the course, to comprehensively use various investigation methods to evaluate the learning results of the course, to make the students attach importance to the study of the course from the bottom of their hearts, to make concerted efforts to optimize the teaching environment, Including excellent material environment and healthy spiritual environment, let college students feel the significance of ideological and political education.
