【摘要】:美国高校学业指导制度作为美国高校学生事务管理工作中重要的组成部分,经过一个世纪的发展,已经成为一项专业化,规范化的活动,拥有专业的人员、系统的组织和制度保障、规范的评价体系。美国高校学业指导被看做是美国高等教育质量的重要保障,学业指导为什么会受到美国高校的重视,为什么会受到大学生的欢迎,它又有什么成功经验值得我们借鉴?本研究意图通过对美国高校学业指导历史和现状的梳理,寻求这些问题的答案。本研究主要运用文献资料法、历史研究法和比较研究法对美国高校学业指导的历史、现状进行分析和归纳,总结出美国高校学业指导的主要特点和未来发展趋势,从而为我国高校学业指导工作提供借鉴经验和参考意见。本研究除绪论和结语外,总共分为六个部分: 第一部分是美国高校学业指导的历史背景研究。该部分从历史发展的角度,结合美国乃至世界范围内高等教育的时代背景,对美国高校学业指导的历史发展阶段进行梳理,主要分为三个阶段:美国高校学业指导的萌芽时期,美国高校学业指导的明晰化时期,美国高校学业指导的专业化时期。 第二部分是美国高校学业指导的基本情况。基于第一部分对美国高校学业指导的历史背景分析,主要选取美国高校学业指导的宗旨、内容、对象、运行模式、人员、指导方法等六个方面对其现状进行详细的论述。 第三部分是美国高校学业指导的主要特点。本部分旨在通过对美国高校学业指导的历史及现状的分析,总结归纳美国高校学业指导的主要特点和优势。 第四部分是美国高校学业指导的未来发展趋势。通过对美国高校学业指导的整体研究,总结现今美国高校学业指导在施行过程中呈现的新趋势,描绘出美国高校学业指导的发展方向。 第五部分是美国高校学业指导的实践研究,本部分选取哈佛大学和北卡莱罗纳大学教堂山分校为例,详细介绍了这两所高校开展的丰富多彩的学业指导活动。 第六部分是美国高校学业指导对我国的启示。通过分析我国高校学业指导工作的现状和存在的问题从观念、内容和评价等方面对我国高校学业指导工作提供改进意见。
[Abstract]:As an important part of student affairs management in American colleges and universities, the academic guidance system in the United States has become a specialized, standardized activity with professional personnel after a century of development. The systematic organization and system guarantee, the standard appraisal system. Academic guidance in American colleges and universities is regarded as an important guarantee of the quality of higher education in the United States. Why is academic guidance paid attention to by American colleges and universities, why is it welcomed by college students, and what successful experience can we learn from it? The purpose of this study is to search for the answers to these questions by combing the history and present situation of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. This research mainly uses the literature method, the historical research method and the comparative research method to analyze and summarize the history and the present situation of the academic guidance of American colleges and universities, and sums up the main characteristics and the future development trend of the academic guidance in American colleges and universities. So as to provide reference experience and advice for academic guidance work in colleges and universities in China. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this study is divided into six parts: The first part is the historical background of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. From the perspective of historical development and the background of higher education in the United States and the world, this part combs the historical development stage of academic guidance in American colleges and universities, which is divided into three stages: the embryonic period of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. The period of clarity of academic guidance in American colleges and universities, the period of specialization of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. The second part is the basic situation of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the historical background of academic guidance in American colleges and universities in the first part, this paper discusses in detail the present situation of academic guidance in American universities from six aspects: its purpose, content, object, operation mode, personnel and guidance methods. The third part is the main characteristics of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. The purpose of this part is to summarize the main characteristics and advantages of academic guidance in American colleges and universities by analyzing the history and present situation of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. The fourth part is the future development trend of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. Through the overall study of academic guidance in American colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the new trend of academic guidance in American colleges and universities, and describes the development direction of academic guidance in American colleges and universities. The fifth part is the practical research of academic guidance in American universities. This part selects Harvard University and Chapel Hill University of North Carolina University as examples, and introduces in detail the colorful academic guidance activities carried out by these two universities. The sixth part is the enlightenment of American academic guidance to our country. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of academic guidance in colleges and universities in China, some suggestions are provided for the improvement of academic guidance in colleges and universities from the aspects of concept, content and evaluation.
