【摘要】:在高等教育国际化的背景下,强化办学特色是提高我国高等教育国际竞争力的关键。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》就明确提出高等学校要在各自的层次上办出特色,在《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案》中也将“特色项目”作为一个重要评估指标。可见办学特色已成为我国高等教育改革与发展的核心问题,但是目前我国高等学校处于有限竞争状态,办学趋同现象愈演愈烈,我国统一的高等教育管理体制、历史办学传统以及学校领导者等成为制约和影响高等学校办学特色形成的主要因素。虽然以往国内学者在有关高等学校办学特色方面开展了大量的研究,也取得了一定的研究成果,但是这些研究多集中在对办学特色的概念、内涵、特征、主要内容、影响因素以及办学特色建设措施方面的探讨,许多理论有待于进一步证实。因此,加强省属本科院校办学特色方面的研究,对于促进我国高等院校办学特色的建设具有重要意义。 本文在研究过程中采用文献法、政策文本分析法、个案研究法等从以下几个方面开展研究。首先,在分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,对我国大学办学特色建设的萌芽阶段和发展阶段的特征予以了分析,并分析了大学办学特色建设与形成的3种主要模式:自发模式、核心领导人模式和外力作用模式,进而提出和分析了大学办学特色的主要影响因素、考察标准;然后,选取4所湖南省属本科院校作为研究对象,从办学理念、学科专业建设、人才培养模式、校园文化四个维度对其办学特色现状进行调查分析,探讨了其在形成办学特色过程中的成功之处及不足,并从教育管理体制、办学传统、学校领导者三个方面分析了其缺乏办学特色的主要原因;最后,从凝炼独特的办学理念、培育学科专业特色、创新人才培养模式、构建特色校园文化四个方面提出加强湖南省属本科院校办学特色建设的建议。通过本课题的研究,其成果可为我国高等学校办学特色的建设提供一定的理论和实践依据。
[Abstract]:Under the background of internationalization of higher education, strengthening the characteristics of running schools is the key to improve the international competitiveness of higher education in China. "characteristic item" is also regarded as an important evaluation index in the Evaluation Program of undergraduate Teaching level in Colleges and Universities. It can be seen that the characteristics of running schools have become the core problem in the reform and development of higher education in our country. However, at present, the colleges and universities in our country are in a state of limited competition, and the phenomenon of running schools is becoming more and more common. The historical school-running tradition and school leaders are the main factors restricting and influencing the formation of the characteristics of higher education. Although domestic scholars have carried out a great deal of research on the characteristics of running a university in the past, they have also made certain achievements, but most of these studies have focused on the concept, connotation, characteristics and main contents of the characteristics of running a school. Many theories need to be further proved. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the characteristics of running colleges and universities of provincial colleges and universities in order to promote the construction of the characteristics of running colleges and universities in our country. In the course of the research, this paper adopts the literature method, the policy text analysis method and the case study method to carry out the research from the following aspects. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the related research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the budding stage and the developing stage of the characteristic construction of university running in our country. This paper also analyzes the three main modes of the construction and formation of university characteristics: spontaneous mode, core leader model and external force mode, and then puts forward and analyzes the main influencing factors of the characteristics of running a university, and inspects the standards. Four colleges and universities of Hunan Province are selected as the research object. The present situation of the school running characteristics is investigated and analyzed from four dimensions: the idea of running a school, the construction of discipline and specialty, the mode of talent training, and the campus culture. This paper probes into its success and shortcomings in the process of forming the characteristics of running a school, and analyzes the main reasons for its lack of the characteristics of running a school from three aspects: the educational management system, the tradition of running a school, and the leaders of the school, and finally, from the point of view of condensing the unique idea of running a school, In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the characteristic construction of colleges and universities in Hunan Province from four aspects: cultivating the specialty of subject and specialty, innovating the training mode of talents and constructing the characteristic campus culture. Through the research of this subject, the results can provide certain theoretical and practical basis for the construction of the characteristics of running colleges and universities in China.
