当代大学生交往困境及其理性回归

【摘要】：人际交往在当代大学生生活中占有重要地位。人际交往能力关系到个人前途，，更关系到国家未来人才队伍的建设。尤其是21世纪的当代大学生，他们处在一个社会转型的时期，而正是由于处在这样的一个社会环境发生巨大变化的转型时期，使得当代大学生人际交往关系发生了巨大变化，随之出现一系列的交往困境，进而影响到他们的学习、工作、生活，严重的甚至产生一些心理疾病。本文的目的是通过对交往理性理论的阐述，针对当代大学生在交往过程中呈现的特点和存在的现实问题，采取相应的措施，帮助当代大学生尽快走出交往困境，回到理性的交往轨道上。通过思想政治教育，帮助当代大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，使其学会人际交往，形成科学的交往观，这也是新时期思想政治教育的重要内容。本论文的研究首先从国内外著名学者提出的交往理论着手，简单阐述本论文研究的相关理论背景及其相关概念的界定，把相关理论背景与本论文的研究对象结合起来，分析当代大学生群体中出现的交往困境这一普遍现象。同时本论文的研究综合运用教育学、心理学、社会学、管理学等方面的材料加以对比论证，并联系现实进行反思，力图帮助大学生树立科学、理性的人际交往观，引导他们正确地进行人际交往。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication plays an important role in the life of contemporary college students. Interpersonal ability is related to the future of the individual, but also to the construction of the country's future talent team. Especially the contemporary college students in the 21st century, they are in a period of social transformation, and it is precisely because they are in such a social environment of the transformation period, the contemporary college students' interpersonal relations have undergone tremendous changes. Subsequently, a series of communication difficulties appeared, which affected their study, work, life, and even some psychological diseases. The purpose of this paper is to take appropriate measures to help contemporary college students get out of the predicament of communication by expounding the theory of communicative rationality, aiming at the characteristics and existing practical problems of contemporary college students in the process of communication. Return to rational communication track. Through ideological and political education to help contemporary college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, so that they learn interpersonal communication, form a scientific concept of communication, which is also an important content of ideological and political education in the new era. The research of this thesis begins with the communication theory put forward by famous scholars at home and abroad, and briefly expounds the relevant theoretical background of this paper and the definition of related concepts, and combines the relevant theoretical background with the research object of this paper. This paper analyzes the common phenomenon of communication dilemma in contemporary college students. At the same time, the research of this paper synthetically uses the materials of education, psychology, sociology, management and so on to compare and prove, and to reflect on the reality, trying to help college students to establish a scientific and rational view of interpersonal communication. Guide them to communicate with each other correctly.
