【摘要】:大学肩负着传播知识、培养人才、服务社会的历史使命,随着经济时代的纵深发展,科学技术在推动社会发展的贡献越来越大,大学已经从社会的边缘步入社会的中心成为了社会的轴心机构,在社会中发挥着举足轻重的作用,人们对大学有了更高的期望和要求。党在十七大就提出了“优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国”的战略部署。2010年教育部颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出“全面提高高等教育质量。到2020年,高等教育结构更加合理,特色更加鲜明,人才培养、科学研究和社会服务整体水平全面提升,建成一批国际知名、有特色、高水平的高等学校,若干所大学达到或接近世界一流大学水平”的要求。教育质量是任何一所大学发展的使命线,大学的教育质量已经成为社会关注的焦点。 自1999年我国高校实行扩招政策以来,我国高等教育规模急速扩大,实现了高等教育大众化的跨越式发展,高等教育大众化已经成了高等发展中不可逆转的趋势。由于规模的快速扩大,生源质量的良莠不齐,外加市场经济和就业压力的冲击以及西方拜金主义、享乐主义等不良思想的影响在大学校园里风行新的“读书无用论”、“读书实用论”,大学学习气氛淡薄已经成为人们诟病我国高等教育大众化的焦点。大学学习气氛具有驱动功能、凝聚功能、熏陶功能、规范功能,在人的成长中发挥着“润物细无声”的巨大作用。积极营造大学学习气氛是大学的本质属性的要求、是大学现实发展的需要,也是保证我国高等教育质与量协调发展的必要条件。因此,对大学学习气氛的营造研究不仅从理论上丰富了我国高等教育持续健康发展的理论,也能对我国大学建设的实践提供参考意见。 本文主要采用文献法和调查法进行研究。通过专业数据库、网站、文本资料的查阅,获得全面的资料,理清大学学习气氛研究的历史脉络和研究发展趋势,找到营造大学学习气氛的理论基础。另外采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,对广西师范大学雁山校区的学习气氛进行实例研究,用相对封闭和开放的方式去收集资料保证使得信息与真实情况保持一致。 论文主要由五个部分组成。引言介绍了大学学习气氛的研究背景、研究方法和研究意义和目前国内外研究现状及主要概念的界定。第一章从营造大学学习气氛的重要性和必要性阐述了营造大学学习气氛的重要意义。第二章概述和分析了营造大学学习气氛的理论基础——库尔特.勒温的动力场理论和雷纳托.塔吉尤学校气氛影响因素理论。第三章从大学学习气氛的内在结构、存在结构、功能结构三个角度对大学学习气氛的结构内涵进行解析。第四章归纳提炼出营造大学学习气氛的五大基本原则(整体性原则、以人为本原则、教育性原则、生活性原则、机会充分性原则)和四条基本途径(创造绿色、美感校园,营造和谐、温馨人际关系,凝练彰显大学理念的大学精神,构建自由、平等的组织结构)并加以实例分析进行佐证。第五章以广西师范大学雁山校区为实例,分析其学习气氛的现状,并提出了“以战略思想来规划,从实处着手,以‘图书馆’和‘红豆咖啡馆’为突破点”的建议。
[Abstract]:Universities shoulder the historical mission of disseminating knowledge, cultivating talents and serving the society. With the deep development of the economic era, the contribution of science and technology in promoting social development is becoming more and more important. The university has entered the center of society from the edge of society and becomes the axis of society and plays an important role in the society. With higher expectations and requirements, the party put forward the strategic deployment of "priority development education, building a strong power of human resources" in the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (.2010), which was issued by the Ministry of education for the "national medium and long term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)". "To improve the quality of higher education in an all-round way. By 2020, the structure of higher education is more reasonable, special. Since the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion in China's colleges and universities in 1999, the scale of higher education in China has expanded rapidly and realized the leap forward development of the popularization of higher education. The popularization of higher education has become an irreversible trend in the development of higher education. As well as the influence of bad ideas such as western money worship, hedonism and other bad ideas, the new "theory of reading is useless" on the university campus, "reading practical theory", and the weak learning atmosphere in the university has become the focus of people's criticism of the popularization of higher education in our country. The atmosphere of study in the university has the function of driving, cohesive, edifying, and regulating. In the growth of human beings, the great effect of "moistening things and silent" is played. It is the requirement of the essential attribute of the university to build a learning atmosphere of the University, the need of the development of the University and the necessary condition for the coordinated development of the quality and quantity of the higher education in our country. Therefore, the study of the atmosphere of the study of the university has not only enriched me theoretically. The theory of sustainable and healthy development of higher education in China can also provide reference for the practice of university construction in China.
This article mainly uses the literature method and the investigation method to carry on the research. Through the professional database, the website, the text data access, obtain the comprehensive information, clear the history and the research development trend of the study atmosphere of the University, find the theoretical basis for building the learning atmosphere of the University. In addition, the method of combining questionnaire survey and interview with Guangxi is used. The study atmosphere of the Yanshan school area of the normal university is studied by an example. The information is collected in a relatively closed and open way to ensure that the information is consistent with the real situation.
The thesis mainly consists of five parts. The introduction introduces the background of the study atmosphere of the University, the research methods and significance and the current research status and the definition of the main concepts at home and abroad. In the first chapter, the importance and necessity of building the learning atmosphere of the university are expounded. The second chapters are summarized and analyzed. The theoretical basis of building the learning atmosphere of the University - Kurt Lewin's dynamic field theory and Renato tajiw school atmosphere influence factor theory. The third chapter analyzes the structure of the university learning atmosphere from the inner structure, the existence structure and the functional structure of the university learning atmosphere. The fourth chapter summarizes the construction and refinement of the construction. The five basic principles of the learning atmosphere of the University (integrity principle, people-oriented principle, educational principle, living principle, opportunity sufficiency principle) and four basic ways (creating green, aesthetic campus, building a harmonious and warm interpersonal relationship, practicing the university spirit of the university concept, building a free and equal organizational structure) and taking an example. The fifth chapter, taking the Yanshan campus of Guangxi Normal University as an example, analyzes the present situation of its learning atmosphere, and puts forward the suggestion of "planning with strategic ideas, starting from the practical point and taking" library "and" Red Bean Cafe "as a breakthrough point.
