大学生就业心理问题干预及对策研究

【摘要】：伴随着1999年我国高校的扩招，大学毕业生人数急剧增长，扩招政策在提升整体国民素质的同时也给大学生的就业带来了巨大的压力。在面对就业压力时，大学生自身如果处理的不得当，也没有得到外界正确的引导时，就会引发大学生就业心理问题的产生。本文从当代大学生常见的就业心理问题入手，通过分析具体案例，找出产生这些心理问题的原因。大学生的就业心理存在问题的产生，并不只是学生个体的原因，而是国家的就业政策、高校就业指导工作和整个社会的舆论导向同时作用于大学生身上产生的结果。因此，要避免就业心理问题的产生，首先，要帮助大学生完善自我的就业心理，树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观；其次，高校从就业市场的需求出发，对专业设置积极的改革，培养社会所需的复合型人才，并为学生提供心理健康教育的辅导；最后，政府需要出台扶持大学生就业的相关政策，加强对就业市场的调控，保证就业岗位的供需平衡。通过上述方法帮助大学生尽快的走上工作岗位，，并形成一套对大学生就业心理问题有效的解决对策。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the number of college graduates has increased sharply. The policy of enrollment expansion not only promotes the overall national quality, but also brings great pressure to the employment of college students. In the face of employment pressure, if the university students themselves deal with the improper, and have not been correctly guided by the outside world, it will lead to the emergence of psychological problems of employment of college students. This paper starts with the common psychological problems of employment of contemporary college students and finds out the causes of these psychological problems by analyzing specific cases. The problem of college students' employment psychology is not only the cause of students' individual, but also the result of the national employment policy, the employment guidance work of colleges and universities and the public opinion guidance of the whole society. Therefore, to avoid the emergence of psychological problems of employment, first of all, we should help college students improve their self-employment psychology, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values; secondly, colleges and universities should proceed from the needs of the job market. To set up the positive reform to the specialty, train the compound talented person that the society needs, and provide the guidance of the psychological health education for the student; finally, the government needs to introduce the relevant policy to support the university student's employment, strengthen the regulation and control to the employment market, Ensure a balance of supply and demand for jobs. Through the above methods to help college students to work as soon as possible, and form a set of effective solutions to college students' employment psychological problems.
