德育动力机制研究

【摘要】:目前高校德育出现了边缘化和功能弱化的趋势,其深层原因在于德育动力及其机制的弱化和偏失。但目前关于这一问题的研究相对薄弱,且其系统性不强,深度不够。因此,德育动力及其机制研究不但是德育研究的应有之义,而且迫在眉睫。实践表明,只有把握了德育的各种动力构造要素及其互动机理,才能明确德育动力机制的全部内涵,真正把握德育动力系统的基本矛盾、基本规律及其发展趋势,从而更好地促进德育发展。 所谓德育动力机制,是指德育动力诸要素之间相互作用的机理与方式,是促进德育发展的各种构造、功能和条件的总和。德育动力机制通过对德育动力诸要素进行有机结合,使之形成一个协同共生的有机整体,发挥最佳动力的整体功能,实现德育的良性运行与协调发展。根据动力机制的结构性特征,可以将德育动力机制划分为德育内生动力机制、德育外生动力机制以及德育联动动力机制。 所谓德育内生动力机制,指的是那些源自于德育主体需要的动力构成要素所组成的有机体系。这个体系包括教育主体的动力结构要素、受教育主体的动力结构要素、社会主体的动力要素和政治主体的动力结构要素。教育主体的动力要素是利益驱动、发展需要、道德理想和事业追求;受教育主体的动力要素是物质利益、社会化、精神成人和追求高尚;社会主体的动力要素是社会秩序维护、道德传承和实现和谐社会理想;政治主体的动力要素是维护阶级利益、灌输意识形态、保障政治稳定和实现最高理想。德育内生动力机制是德育存在和发展的内在关系机制,其功能是既确保了德育的人本价值取向、人化实践方向和人性发展方向,又增进了德育主体、德育理论和德育实践的承继性。 所谓德育外生动力机制,指的是除德育主体需要以外的各种动力构造要素之间相互作用的机理与方式。这些外部要素主要是理论创新的结构要素和实践创新的结构要素。德育外生动力机制是德育形成和发展的外在关系机制,其功能是增添德育改革与创新的活力,促进德育内化与外化的双向互动。 所谓德育联动动力机制指的是促进德育动力系统实现良性互动的各种整合要素之间相互作用的机理与方式。德育联动动力机制包括德育动力加速机制和德育动力缓冲机制。德育联动动力机制是德育形成和发展的整合要素,实质上是一种整合性、衔接性的动力机制,其功能是保持工具理性与价值理性的合理张力,保证动力机制为德育提供适度动力。 德育动力机制是一个有机整体,其运行是有规律的。第一个规律是德育动力盈亏规律。德育动力机制在动力过剩时起动力延缓作用,在动力不足时起加速作用,由此使德育动力盈亏达到动态平衡,德育动力处于适度状态。第二个规律是德育动力博弈规律。德育的正向动力与负向动力之间在相互博弈中发展,在德育动力机制的有序干预、控制和调节下,达到动态平衡。第三个规律是德育动力增减规律。德育动力变异的演变规律主要体现为时代性、多样性和质量互变性规律,德育增量动力的演变规律呈现出独特的历时性、共时性和可持续性的演变规律。并且,在德育动力机制的作用下,动力变异向积极方向发展。 德育动力机制的建构需要在马克思主义人学理论的指导下进行,围绕人的生存与发展、人的本质与价值来建构其理论体系的完整图景和逻辑框架。为此,德育动力机制的建构要以防止德育异化与人的异化、促进人的社会化与个性化发展的双向互动、人的全面发展与德育文化的双向互促为目的,以尊重人的存在和主体性、回归生活世界、导引终极关怀为基础,从主体、利益、价值和制度维度形成四维一体的立体式、多元化建构路径。 德育动力及其机制是德育理论研究的核心问题,又是事关德育实效性的现实问题。本文以马克思主义人学理论和需要理论为基础,以生态整体性视野,坚持理论创新与实践创新有机统一的路径,运用结构——功能分析法等研究方法对德育动力机制及其运行规律进行系统、深入的研究,形成德育动力机制理论体系的完整图景和逻辑框架。这对丰富德育动力机制理论研究,促进德育理论与实践发展,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:At present , there is a tendency of marginalization and weakening of moral education in colleges and universities . The deep reason lies in the weakening and partial loss of moral motivation and its mechanism . However , the current research on this problem is relatively weak , and its system is not strong and the depth is not enough . Therefore , it is urgent to study the motive force and its mechanism of moral education . Therefore , it is necessary to understand all the connotation of the dynamic mechanism of moral education , and to grasp the basic contradiction , basic law and development trend of moral education system , so as to promote the development of moral education .
The so - called dynamic mechanism of moral education refers to the mechanism and way of the interaction between elements of moral education , which is the sum of various structures , functions and conditions that promote the development of moral education . The dynamic mechanism of moral education can make it form a coordinated and symbiotic organic whole by organically combining the elements of moral education , and realize the healthy operation and harmonious development of moral education . According to the structural characteristics of the power mechanism , the dynamic mechanism of moral education can be divided into the endogenous power mechanism of moral education , the external dynamic mechanism of moral education and the mechanism of linkage dynamic of moral education .
The endogenous power mechanism of moral education refers to the organic system consisting of the dynamic elements of the subject of education , the dynamic structural elements of the subject of education , the dynamic elements of the social subject and the dynamic structural elements of the political subject . The dynamic elements of the educational subject are the interests drive , the development needs , the moral ideal and the cause pursuit ;
The power factor of the subject of education is material benefit , socialization , spiritual adult and pursuit of nobility ;
The dynamic factor of the social subject is the maintenance of social order , the inheritance of morality and the ideal of realizing the harmonious society ;
The motive force of the political subject is to maintain class interests , inculcate ideology , guarantee political stability and realize the highest ideal . The endogenous dynamic mechanism of moral education is the internal relations mechanism of the existence and development of moral education . Its function is to ensure the orientation of moral education , the direction of human practice and the direction of human development , and promote the continuity of moral education subject , moral education theory and moral education practice .
The external motive force mechanism of moral education refers to the mechanism and way of interaction between various dynamic structural elements besides the need of moral education subject . These external factors are the structural elements of theoretical innovation and the structural elements of practice innovation . The external dynamic mechanism of moral education is the external relations mechanism of the formation and development of moral education . Its function is to add the vitality of moral education reform and innovation , and to promote the two - way interaction between moral education and externalization .
Moral education linkage power mechanism refers to the mechanism and way of promoting the interaction between various integration factors that promote the healthy interaction of moral education power system . The mechanism of linkage of moral education includes the acceleration mechanism of moral education and the mechanism of dynamic buffering of moral education . The mechanism of linkage of moral education is the integration factor of the formation and development of moral education .
The dynamic mechanism of moral education is an organic whole , its operation is regular . The first law is the law of dynamic profit and loss of moral education .
The construction of the dynamic mechanism of moral education needs to be carried out under the guidance of the Marxist theory of human science , so as to construct the complete picture and logical framework of its theoretical system around the existence and development of human beings , the nature and value of human beings .
The motivation and mechanism of moral education is the core problem of the theoretical research of moral education , and it is the realistic problem of the actual effect of moral education . In this paper , based on the theory of Marxist theory and the need theory , this paper systematically and deeply researches the dynamic mechanism of moral education and its running rule by means of structure _ function analysis and so on . It has a certain theoretical value and practical significance to enrich the theoretical research of the dynamic mechanism of moral education and promote the development of moral education theory and practice .
