艺术类大专生的思想特点及教育对策研究

【摘要】：大专生思想政治教育是一个内容极其丰富的教育系统。加强对艺术类大专生的思想政治教育,要从教育形式和内容的创新上下功夫,让学生从心理上接受这种理论性的学习,要有针对有计划的对学生进行心里疏导。这样既有利于学生更好更深刻的掌握思想政治教育的普遍规律,又有利于促进这门学科自身的发展。本文从当前艺术类学生的价值取向、大专院校艺术类学生的个性特征、艺术类大专生的学习观分析、就业观分析、道德状态调查分析入手阐述当代艺术类大专生的思想特点。针对这样的思想特点探讨艺术类大专生思想政治教育,提出引导学生个性特征的有效方式以发挥高校在政治思想教育方面的普遍性,有针对性的因材施教,确保教育工作顺利有效开展,为培养专业人才创造条件。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is an extremely rich educational system. To strengthen the ideological and political education of art college students, we should make great efforts in the innovation of the form and content of education, let the students accept this kind of theoretical study from the psychological point of view, and conduct psychological guidance to the students in a planned way. This will not only help students to master the general law of ideological and political education, but also promote the development of the subject itself. This paper expounds the ideological characteristics of contemporary art college students from the following aspects: the value orientation of art students, the personality characteristics of art students in colleges and universities, the analysis of learning view, the analysis of employment view, and the investigation and analysis of moral state of art college students. In view of such ideological characteristics, this paper probes into the ideological and political education of art college students, and puts forward an effective way to guide students' personality characteristics in order to give play to the universality of political and ideological education in colleges and universities, and to teach them in accordance with their aptitude. To ensure the smooth and effective development of education, to create conditions for the training of professionals.
