国外高校德育社会化发展及其启示

【摘要】:近年来,德育社会化研究受到越来越多的关注。这不仅是因为社会的快速发展需要德育要与时俱进,,更重要的是德育自身有社会化的本质和要求。德育社会化在理论上有存在的依据,在实践中也是有章可循。放眼全球化时代,德育社会化不但要关注我国德育和社会的发展,还要积极借鉴和吸纳国外德育社会化的精华,为我所用。尽管存在社会制度和文化的差异,但德育对人的品格塑造和素质提升却是相同的,可谓有异曲同工之妙。所以,立足我国德育和社会发展的实际,通过阐明国外德育社会化的发展及对我国的启示是本文的使命。 本文运用文献研究、比较研究、理论研究与实践研究相结合、历史研究与逻辑研究相结合等方法,对国外高校德育社会化发展及其启示进行阐述。首先,从历史纵向上梳理国外德育社会化的发展历程,以求存在之源;其次,在现实横向上把握美国、英国、德国、俄罗斯、日本、新加坡等国家德育社会化的现状,总结出国外德育社会化的特点:紧密联系社会各教育机构;注重培养社会责任意识;社会引导方式相对健全;重视社会实践活动;社会咨询辅导机构健全;注重营造良好的社会氛围。在此基础上明确我国高校德育社会化发展要充分利用社会资源,注重德育社会化与个性化的统一,直接教育与间接教育相结合,突出德育社会化的层次性、针对性、互动性以及时代性。 国外德育社会化的思想是不同维度、方向上的思考,在此基础上的探讨与实践不仅为我国高校德育社会化的开展和实施提供了知识层面的启示与智慧层面的参照,还提供了实践层面的比对,从中找出适合于我国高校德育社会化发展的方法与途径,加快我国德育社会化发展的步伐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the socialization of moral education. This is not only because the rapid development of society needs moral education to keep pace with the times, more importantly, moral education itself has the essence and requirements of socialization. The socialization of moral education has the basis of existence in theory and also has rules to follow in practice. In the era of globalization, the socialization of moral education should not only pay attention to the development of moral education and society in our country, but also draw lessons from and absorb the essence of the socialization of moral education abroad. Although there are differences in social system and culture, moral education is the same in shaping and improving people's character. Therefore, based on the reality of moral education and social development in our country, it is the mission of this paper to clarify the development of socialization of moral education in foreign countries and its enlightenment to our country. By using the methods of literature research, comparative study, theoretical research and practice study, history research and logic study, this paper expounds the socialization development of moral education in foreign universities and its enlightenment. First of all, from the historical vertical combing the history of the development of moral education socialization abroad, in order to seek the source of existence; second, to grasp the reality of the United States, Britain, Germany, Russia, Japan, Singapore and other countries of the status quo of moral education socialization. The characteristics of socialization of moral education in foreign countries are summarized as follows: close connection with social educational institutions; emphasis on cultivating the sense of social responsibility; relatively sound ways of social guidance; attention to social practical activities; sound social consulting and counselling institutions; Pay attention to create a good social atmosphere. On this basis, it is clear that the socialization of moral education in colleges and universities in our country should make full use of social resources, pay attention to the unity of socialization and individuation of moral education, combine direct education with indirect education, and highlight the stratification and pertinence of the socialization of moral education. Interactivity and the times. The thought of socialization of moral education abroad is from different dimensions and directions. On this basis, the discussion and practice not only provide the enlightenment of knowledge level and the reference of wisdom level for the development and implementation of moral education socialization in colleges and universities in our country. It also provides the comparison of the practical level, and finds out the suitable ways and means for the socialization development of moral education in colleges and universities in our country, and speeds up the pace of the development of moral education socialization in our country.
