【摘要】：随着经济全球化的不断发展，各国之间的文化交流越来越频繁。由于世界文化交流的碰撞和世界文化危机的冲击，为大学文化的健康发展带来极大的挑战，很多大学出现了精神发展物质化、校园文明残缺化、实用主义盖过了理想追求等等，这些毒瘤都深深地影响着大学校园这方净土。导致很多大学一度失去了精神上的指引，特别是对自己的发展方向感到迷茫。建设成为什么样的大学，一个大学应该具有什么样的文化，是我国大学当前面临的重要课题。文化型校园继承了我国的传统民族文化思想，旨在为大学生营造一种品质高、文化底蕴深厚的校园环境，这种环境具有自己学校的特色，深深影响着大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观。另外，文化型校园建设符合了时代的发展要求，在继承传统文化的同时，并积极吸取外界健康的优秀文化，摒弃了那些不适合我国大学发展的文化糟粕，充分发挥了大学文化的自觉性，不断完善学校文化环境。通过这种开放式的文化型校园建设，可以明确我国大学发展的方向，发展学校自身特色，促进教师队伍建设，并对培养出与国际接轨的新时代大学生具有十分重要的意义。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的前提下，，通过对于当前我国高校文化型校园建设实际情况的详细调查，尝试对于新时期文化型校园建设的措施提出几点粗浅的建议，本文主要包括四部分内容：第一部分，文化型校园基本理论概述。明确地阐述了文化型校园的内涵、功能与特征，其中着重对于特征部分做出了详细的分析。第二部分，文化型校园建设的主要内容和意义。这一部分主要论述了文化型校园建设的主要内容以及建设意义，突出了学术文化建设、校园文化建设以及人文素养培养对于全面建设文化型校园的重要作用。第三部分，文化型校园建设中存在的主要问题。通过对于当前高校文化型校园建设的现状调查，发现并揭示了文化型校园建设中包括校园文化、建设投入以及建设内容的滞后问题，并与发达国家的建设现状做出了客观的对比，为下一部分的研究指明了方向。第四部分，文化型校园建设的路径思考。这一部分在前几部分研究的基础上，针对第三部分存在的实际问题，有针对性地提出了初步的解决方案，以促进高校文化型校园建设的进一步发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, cultural exchanges between countries are becoming more and more frequent. Because of the collision of the world culture exchange and the impact of the world culture crisis, it brings great challenge to the healthy development of the university culture. Many universities have materialized the spiritual development, the campus civilization is incomplete, the pragmatism has overshadowed the ideal pursuit and so on. These cancer are deeply affected by the university campus this square of pure land. As a result, many universities once lost their spiritual guidance, especially for their own development direction feel confused. What kind of university to build and what kind of culture a university should have is an important subject facing our universities at present. The cultural campus inherits the traditional national culture thought of our country, aims to create a kind of campus environment with high quality and profound cultural connotation for college students. This kind of environment has its own school characteristics and deeply affects the university students' world outlook. Outlook on life and values. In addition, the construction of cultural campus conforms to the development requirements of the times. While inheriting the traditional culture, it actively absorbs the good culture of the outside world and abandons the cultural dregs that are not suitable for the development of our universities. Full play to the consciousness of university culture, constantly improve the school culture environment. Through this kind of open cultural campus construction, we can make clear the direction of university development in our country, develop the school's own characteristics, promote the construction of the teaching staff, and have very important significance to cultivate the college students in the new era which is in line with the international standards. Based on the research achievements of predecessors, this paper makes a detailed investigation on the actual situation of cultural campus construction in colleges and universities in our country, and tries to put forward some superficial suggestions for the measures of cultural campus construction in the new period. This paper mainly includes four parts: The first part is an overview of the basic theory of cultural campus. The connotation, function and characteristics of cultural campus are expounded, and the features are analyzed in detail. The second part, the main content and significance of cultural campus construction. This part mainly discusses the main content and significance of cultural campus construction, and highlights the important role of academic culture construction, campus culture construction and humanistic literacy cultivation in the overall construction of cultural campus. The third part, the main problems in the construction of cultural campus. By investigating the current situation of cultural campus construction in colleges and universities, we find and reveal the lagging problems in the construction of cultural campus, including campus culture, construction investment and construction content. And with the construction of developed countries to make an objective comparison, for the next part of the study pointed out the direction. The fourth part, cultural campus construction path thinking. On the basis of the research in the first part, this part puts forward a preliminary solution aiming at the practical problems in the third part, in order to promote the further development of the cultural campus construction in colleges and universities.
