现代大学制度视域下教授治学的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:教授治学是我国高等教育界普遍关注的问题,也是现代大学制度的核心内容和现代大学制度建设的关键因素。本文通过对当前高校教授治学存在的问题及原因进行分析,论证教授治学在现代大学制度建设中的地位和作用,从而提出完善教授治学的措施,推进现代大学制度建设。 本文运用历史研究法、文献研究法和案例分析法对教授治学作系统研究,并从以下三个部分进行论述。第一部分是对现代大学制度的演变历史进行分析,突出建设现代大学制度的核心内容离不开大学自治、学术自由和教授治学,明确教授在现代大学制度建设中的重要地位。并结合国内外教授治学的经验,,对教授治学的内涵,教授治学的主要组织机构及其合理性进行探讨。第二部分针对当前我国高校教授治学存在教授自身治学能力不足、教授治学的实施力量薄弱、行政权力处于主导地位等主要问题,从对教授治学的认识误区、高校管理体制不合理、官本位思想的影响、民主管理氛围的缺失及教授自身的影响五个方面分析产生问题的原因。第三部分探讨完善我国高校教授治学的对策。通过提高人们对教授治学的认识,加强教授队伍的建设,创新学术管理的机制,健全教授治学组织机构及完善教授治学法规来保障教授治学实施,推动我国现代大学制度的改革和发展。
[Abstract]:Academic research by professors is a common concern in the field of higher education in China. It is also the core content of the modern university system and the key factor in the construction of the modern university system. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the academic research of university professors at present, this paper demonstrates the position and role of the professors in the construction of the modern university system, and puts forward some measures to improve the academic research of the professors and to promote the construction of the modern university system. This paper uses the historical research method, the literature research method and the case analysis method to make the systematic research to the professor scholarship, and carries on the discussion from the following three parts. The first part is to analyze the evolution history of modern university system, highlight the core content of the construction of modern university system can not be separated from university autonomy, academic freedom and academic research, and make clear the important position of professors in the construction of modern university system. Combined with the experience of professors at home and abroad, this paper discusses the connotation, organization and rationality of the academic research of professors. The second part aims at the main problems, such as the deficiency of the professors' academic ability, the weakness of the implementation of the professors' scholarship, the dominant position of the administrative power, and so on, from the misunderstanding of the professors' academic research. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the following five aspects: the irrational management system of colleges and universities, the influence of officialdom, the absence of democratic management atmosphere and the influence of the professors themselves. The third part probes into the countermeasures of perfecting the academic research of university professors in our country. By improving people's understanding of professors' scholarship, strengthening the construction of professors' team, innovating the mechanism of academic management, perfecting the organization of professors' scholarship and perfecting the rules and regulations of professors' scholarship, we can guarantee the implementation of professors' scholarship. To promote the reform and development of our modern university system.
