【摘要】：为推动高等教育国际化,20世纪90年代初俄罗斯开始设立学士和硕士学位,构成学士、硕士、副博士和博士四级学位制度。博士、副博士学位的评定与授予工作由最高评定委员会和博士、副博士论文答辩委员会承担,硕士和学士学位的授予工作由各高校、科研院所组成的硕士、学士论文答辩委员会完成。俄罗斯学位管理中既延续了前苏联时期要求严、质量高的传统,同时又表现出中央集权与高校自治协调统一的时代感。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the internationalization of higher education, in the early 1990s Russia began to set up bachelor's and master's degrees, which constituted a system of bachelor's, master's, associate doctorate and doctorate.
