【摘要】：激励作为一种重要的管理手段,在大学生思想政治教育中的运用发挥了越来越重要的作用。文章以思想政治教育理论与激励理论为基础,借鉴国内已有思想政治教育经验,根据笔者思想政治教育工作的经验与文献资料,对激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用进行全过程探讨。文章的主体部分由引言、正文和结语三个部分构成,引言介绍了激励在大学生思想政治教育中运用的现状,分析了当前高校激励运用的情况,指出了激励在大学生思想政治教育中运用的现实意义,阐述了论文的基本研究思路和研究方法。正文部分分为四章：第一章阐述了激励在大学生思想政治教育过程中运用的理论基础,从《马克思主义哲学》等理论中找出相应激励运用的理论基础。第二章论证了在大学生思想政治教育中运用激励是促使大学生健康成长、激发大学生潜能,促进大学生全面发展的两点必要性和国家文件为激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用提供了政策依据、社会对大学生全面发展的需要、信息渠道不断拓宽三点可行性。第三章归纳了激励在大学生思想政治教育中运用的原则,包括精神激励为主,物质激励为辅原则、以大学生需要为基础原则、抓关键时机原则、最佳时效原则等四个原则。第四章着重探讨了激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用思路。论文指出,激励应建立在以过程控制基础上,分别强调对前馈控制中的激励运用、对同期控制中的激励运用和对反馈控制中的激励运用。总之,激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用,是新形势下提出的新课题,.具有很强的现实意义。
[Abstract]:As an important means of management, motivation plays a more and more important role in the ideological and political education of college students. Based on the theory of ideological and political education and the theory of motivation, the article draws lessons from the existing experience of ideological and political education in China, and according to the experience and literature of the author's ideological and political education, The whole process of the application of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students is discussed. The main part of the article consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction introduces the current situation of the application of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper analyzes on the application of motivation in colleges and universities, points out the practical significance of the application of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students, and expounds the basic research ideas and research methods of this paper. The text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter expounds the theoretical basis of the application of motivation in the process of ideological and political education of college students. The second chapter demonstrates that the application of motivation in ideological and political education of college students is to promote the healthy growth of college students, stimulate the potential of college students. The necessity of promoting the all-round development of college students and the national documents provide the policy basis for encouraging the application of college students' ideological and political education, and the needs of the society for the all-round development of college students. The third chapter summarizes the principles of the application of motivation in ideological and political education of college students, including the principle of spiritual motivation, material incentive as auxiliary principle, the basic principle of college students' needs, and the principle of key opportunity. Chapter four focuses on the application of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students. The paper points out that the motivation should be based on process control, emphasizing the application of the feedforward control, the synchronous control and the feedback control, respectively. The application of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students is a new subject under the new situation. Has very strong realistic significance.
