【摘要】：随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,理工科院校女大学生人数不断增多,女大学生思想政治教育问题日益凸显出来。强化理工科院校的教育职能,改善校园文化和教育模式,全面提高理工科院校女大学生素质,使其将来能够更好地走向社会、立足社会,真正成为合格的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,是理工科院校思想政治教育工作者面临的一个重要课题。本文从理工科院校思想政治教育工作出发,分析了理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育面临的现状和特点,阐释了其产生的原因,重点就女大学生成才障碍分析、思想政治教育存在的问题等两个方面进行全面剖析,从转变思想教育观念、扩展教育内容和创新教育方法等方面对理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育内容和方法问题进行研究,并从构建理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育长效机制的角度,提出了加强和改进理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育的对策建议。本文以西安石油大学和西安电子科技大学调研数据为例,运用文献研究、个案研究、调查访谈等社会学、教育学、心理学的研究方法,通过对比分析和深入研究,为进一步增强理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育针对性和实效性,寻求改善理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育状况的方法提供了一定的理论意义和实践价值,旨在引起社会对理工科院校女大学生思想政治教育工作的关注,促进理工科院校思想政治教育体系的不断完善,为教育目标的实现打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education in China, the number of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities is increasing, and the ideological and political education of female students has become increasingly prominent. Strengthening the educational functions of science and engineering colleges and universities, improving the campus culture and education model, and improving the quality of female students in the science and engineering colleges and universities in the future, so that they can be better in the future. Society, based on society, and truly become the builder and successor of qualified socialist cause, is an important subject facing ideological and political education workers in science and engineering colleges.
Starting from the ideological and political education work in science and engineering colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities, and explains the reasons for it, focusing on two aspects of the analysis of the obstacles to the adult students and the problems of Ideological and political education, and the change of the idea of ideological education. The contents and methods of the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities are studied in the aspects of expanding educational content and innovative education methods. From the angle of constructing the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education for female college students in science and engineering colleges, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges.
This paper, taking the survey data of Xi'an Petroleum University and Xi'an Electronic and Science University as an example, uses literature research, case study, interview and other sociological, pedagogy, and psychology research methods, through comparative analysis and in-depth study, in order to further enhance the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering, and to seek improvement. The ideological and political education of female college students in engineering colleges and universities provides a certain theoretical and practical value, which aims to arouse the attention of the society to the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities, to promote the continuous improvement of the ideological and political education system in science and engineering colleges and universities, and to lay a solid foundation for the realization of the educational goal.
