大学生精神压力释放研究

【摘要】:精神压力被世界卫生组织定为“西方世界的灾难”,依照国际劳工办公室的说法,它已成为“我们时代最严重的问题之一,不仅危及个人的身体和精神健康,而且对企业和政府也有害”。当前,人们在享受物质丰富、生活便利、信息通畅、思想自由且选择多样的同时,心灵世界也在遭受严重冲击与侵蚀。 目前高校校园里,主要是以“80后、90后”为主,尽管他们身处在很多同龄人羡慕的象牙塔,但是精神领域人不可避免的面临着很多冲击。社会处于转型期、经济处于转轨期、价值观念呈多样性、功利主义和金钱主义的观念泛滥,让大学生的信仰和价值观念面临艰难的抉择,生活方式的差异、人际关系的复杂也让大学生的生活、学习和工作面临着前所未有的精神压力。特别是我国自1999年高校扩招以来,高等教育开始从精英教育走向大众教育。但随之而来的竞争激烈和就业压力的加剧摆在了大学生、高校和社会的面前,成为高校大学生精神压力的重要来源,,也给大学生带来严重的心理问题和精神压力。现在,大学校园里的大学生不再是那么的阳光风发、精神坚毅、乐观向上,而是出现了,郁闷压抑、心烦意乱、做事难以集中、缺乏耐心、经常的感动烦躁不安、失眠健忘、神经衰弱等,严重者会发展成为精神疾病,甚至是走向自杀的道路。 大学生不仅是一个家庭的希望,也是民族振兴、国家繁荣的希望,是社会的精英群体。他们正处在长身体、长知识的关键时刻,也是形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的关键阶段。如果长期处于严重的精神压力状态下,其身心健康的的发展会受到严重的影响。本文正是基于对大学生精神压力的现状进行分析,发现精神压力对大学生的影响存在积极和消极两个方面,正确利用适当的精神压力,可以对大学生起到促进作用;反之,则会造成严重的损害影响。从而进一步发掘大学生精神压力的来源,主要表现在社会环境的不适应、自我因素影响、学习压力、就业压力、人际交往压力、情绪和情感的困扰六个方面。通过分析这六个方面的来源,发现造成大学生精神压力困扰的深刻根源主要是来自心理承受不够、高校教育体制错位、家庭教育缺失、社会认可度低四个方面。从而,着重有针对性的采取应对策略,寻求合适的精神压力释放途径。 本文在精神压力释放途径上,大胆尝试将心理学与思想政治教育学相结合,重点发挥高校思想政治教育的作用,走出采取单一的、枯燥的授课形式教学,采取讲座、辩论赛、影片放映等形式,调动大学生的积极性和参与性,从而提高教学和质量和效果,进而有效的释放大学生存在的精神压力。
[Abstract]:Mental stress, described by the World Health Organization as "a disaster in the Western world," has become "one of the most serious problems of our time, endangering not only the physical and mental health of individuals," according to the International Labour Office. It is also harmful to enterprises and governments. " At present, while people are enjoying material wealth, convenient life, smooth information, free thinking and diverse choices, the spiritual world is also suffering serious impact and erosion. At present, the main schools in colleges and universities are mainly "post-80s, post-90s," Although they are in the ivory tower envied by many of their peers, people in the spiritual realm inevitably face many shocks. The society is in the transition period, the economy is in the transition period, the values are diverse, the ideas of utilitarianism and money are overflowing, which makes the belief and value of college students face the difficult choice and the difference of the way of life. The complexity of interpersonal relationship also makes the life, study and work of college students face unprecedented mental pressure. Especially since the expansion of colleges and universities in 1999, higher education has begun to move from elite education to mass education. However, with the fierce competition and the intensification of employment pressure, it has become an important source of mental pressure for college students, and has brought serious psychological problems and mental pressure to college students. Now, college students on campus are no longer so sunny, resolute and optimistic, but appear, depressed, upset, hard to concentrate, impatient, often moved and restless, sleepless and forgetful. Neurasthenia and so on, the severe will develop into mental illness, or even the path to suicide. College students are not only the hope of a family, but also the hope of national rejuvenation and national prosperity, as well as the elite group of society. They are at the critical moment of long body, long knowledge, and the key stage of forming correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. The development of their physical and mental health will be seriously affected if they are under severe mental stress for a long time. Based on the analysis of the current situation of college students' mental stress, this paper finds that there are two positive and negative aspects of the influence of psychological stress on college students, and the proper use of the appropriate mental pressure can promote the college students. It can cause serious damage. Therefore, the source of college students' psychological stress is mainly reflected in six aspects: social environment inadaptability, self-influence, study pressure, employment pressure, interpersonal stress, emotional and emotional distress. By analyzing the sources of these six aspects, it is found that the deep roots of the psychological distress of college students are mainly from the following four aspects: inadequate psychological tolerance, dislocation of the educational system in colleges and universities, lack of family education and low social acceptance. In this paper, the author tries boldly to combine psychology with ideological and political education. To give full play to the role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to go out of a single, boring form of teaching, to take the form of lectures, debate competitions, film screenings, and so on, so as to arouse the enthusiasm and participation of college students. In order to improve the teaching and quality and effect, and then effectively release the psychological pressure of college students.
