【摘要】：青年是祖国的未来和民族的希望,大学生是青年中的优秀份子,国家未来建设的中流砥柱。因此,大力培养造就青年马克思主义者是新形势下全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分,是关系党和人民事业薪火相传的根本大计,直接关系到中国特色社会主义事业可靠接班人的培养造就。通过翻阅历史资料得知,从上个世纪初马克思主义传到中国的那天起,一代又一代的青年马克思主义者在中国的革命和建设过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,本文对青年马克思主义者在党的历史上发挥的重大作用进行了较深入的总结分析。同时,通过调研当前我国高校青年马克思主义者培养的现状和进一步学习总结,有针对性地提出了青年马克思主义者的评价标准,并在培养原则、培养对象、培养内容和培养方式等方面初探高校青年马克思主义者的培养工作,希望能够对高校青年马克思主义者的培养工作提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Youth is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. College students are the outstanding members of the youth and the mainstay of the future construction of the country. Therefore, vigorously training and bringing up young Marxists is an important part of the new great project of comprehensively promoting party building under the new situation, and is a fundamental plan related to the Party and the people's cause. It is directly related to the cultivation of reliable successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Generation after generation of young Marxists have played an irreplaceable role in the process of revolution and construction in China. This paper summarizes and analyzes the important role played by young Marxists in the history of the Party. At the same time, By investigating the current situation and further learning of the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities in our country, this paper puts forward the evaluation criteria of young Marxists, and puts forward the training principles and objects. On the contents and ways of cultivating young Marxists in colleges and universities, the author hopes to provide a useful reference for the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities.
