【摘要】：改革开放使中国社会面貌，人民生活水平都发生了深刻变化。伴随这一历史进程大学生思想政治教育和大学生的思想政治素质也发生了深刻变化。这种变化虽然主流是积极的，但由于国际国内的新情况新问题，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，全面提升大学生思想政治素质仍然是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。探寻改革开放三十多年来大学生思想政治素质变化的轨迹，，客观评价大学生思想政治素质状况，厘清大学生思想政治素质提升路径对做好新形势下大学生思想政治素质提升工作无疑具有重大现实意义。本课题从思想政治素质的相关概念和问题入手，从理论上解析素质和素质结构、思想政治素质的内涵、地位、作用以及思想政治素质的传承和发展；以党中央三代领导集体高度重视大学生思想政治教育作出的一系列关于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重大决策和部署为依据，回顾改革开放以来大学生思想政治素质的传承和发展；进而探索改革开放以来大学生思想政治素质传承发展的特点和趋势；指出改革开放以来大学生思想政治素质传承发展中存在的问题和影响大学生思想政治素质传承发展的因素；最后，在对大学生思想政治素质传承发展研究的基础上，结合党的理论创新，思想政治教育面临的新情况新问题，提出当下及未来大学生思想政治素质传承发展的理路。
[Abstract]:Profound changes have taken place in China's social outlook and the living standard of the people. With this historical process, the ideological and political education of college students and the ideological and political qualities of college students have also undergone profound changes. It is still an important and urgent strategic task to improve the ideological and political quality of college students in an all-round way. To explore the change of Ideological and political quality of college students for more than thirty years in the reform and opening up, to objectively evaluate the ideological and political quality of college students and to clarify the way to improve the ideological and political quality of college students to do a good job of College Students' Thought under the new situation. The improvement of political quality is undoubtedly of great practical significance.
Starting with the related concepts and problems of Ideological and political quality, the subject analyses the quality and quality structure, the connotation, status, role and the inheritance and development of Ideological and political quality in theory, and a series of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students with the three generation of leading collective of the Party Central Committee. On the basis of the important decision and deployment of students' Ideological and political education, it reviews the inheritance and development of the ideological and political quality of college students since the reform and opening up, and then explores the characteristics and trends of the inheritance and development of Ideological and political quality of college students since the reform and opening up. In the end, on the basis of the study of the inheritance and development of the ideological and political quality of college students, and on the basis of the theoretical innovation of the party, the new situation and new problems faced by the ideological and political education, the road to the inheritance and development of the ideological and political quality of the students in the future and in the future is put forward.
