大学生激励教育存在的问题及对策

【摘要】:“教是为了不教”,真正的教育应能激发受教育者的积极性、能动性和创造性,充分发挥受教育者的自动力和内驱力,以推动受教育者自我激励、自我教育、自我发展。思想政治教育同样也离不开激励,在某种意义上讲,思想政治教育过程是教育者运用多种方法,激发受教育者参与教育的积极性、主动性的实践过程。激励教育作为一种教育形式在大学生思想政治教育中具有重要作用。许多高校都已认识到激励教育的重要作用,并在实践中注意开展激励教育,取得了一定成效,但仍然存在一些问题,这些问题严重影响了大学生激励教育作用的发挥,影响着大学生思想政治教育的实效性,亟待深入研究并加以解决。 本文从社会要求和高校现实情况出发,以“大学生激励教育存在的问题及对策”为题,对这一问题进行了较为深入系统的探讨。全文共分为三个部分:第一部分,阐释大学生激励教育的重要性。在阐释大学生激励教育内涵的基础上,论述了大学生激励教育的重要意义:有助于激发大学生的潜能和特长,促进其个性发展;有助于调节大学生的思想行为,引导其形成良好的思想品德;有助于调动大学生自我教育积极性,促进其全面发展。第二部分,分析目前大学生激励教育存在的问题及原因。本文认为存在的问题主要有:激励教育主客体之间互动不畅;激励教育“供”“需”错位;激励教育具体操作规范不足。导致这些问题的原因主要有:激励主客体角色定位不当;教育者重视经验轻视科学理论指导;教育者重视外部激励忽视学生的自我激励;教育者倾向于问题管理忽视引导教育。第三部分,提出解决大学生激励教育问题的对策:提高思想政治教育者综合素质,增强激励教育的科学性;以生为本,提高大学生激励教育针对性;将激励教育与管理结合起来,增强大学生激励教育实效性;采取多样化的激励教育手段;完善大学生激励教育机制,增强大学生激励教育的长效性。
[Abstract]:"Teaching is for the sake of not teaching", the true education should be able to stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the educated, give full play to the self-motivation and drive of the educatee, in order to promote the self-motivation, self-education and self-development of the educatee. Ideological and political education is also inseparable from encouragement. In a sense, the process of ideological and political education is a practical process in which educators use a variety of methods to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the educatees to participate in education. As a form of education, incentive education plays an important role in the ideological and political education of college students. Many colleges and universities have realized the important role of incentive education, and paid attention to the development of incentive education in practice, achieved certain results, but there are still some problems, these problems seriously affect the role of incentive education of college students. Affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students, it needs to be studied and solved. Based on the social requirements and the reality of colleges and universities, this paper makes a deep and systematic discussion on the problems and countermeasures of college students' incentive education. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part explains the importance of college students'incentive education. On the basis of explaining the connotation of college students' incentive education, this paper discusses the important significance of college students' incentive education: it is helpful to stimulate the students' potential and specialty, to promote their personality development, to help to regulate the ideological behavior of college students. It is helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of self-education of college students and promote their overall development. The second part analyzes the existing problems and causes of college students'incentive education. The main problems of this paper are as follows: the interaction between the subject and the object of incentive education is not smooth; the mismatch of the "supply" and "need" of the incentive education; and the insufficiency of the concrete operating norms of the incentive education. The main reasons for these problems are: improper orientation of the role of incentive subject and object; educators attach importance to experience despise the guidance of scientific theory; educators attach importance to external incentives and ignore students' self-motivation; educators tend to ignore the problem management and guide education. In the third part, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' incentive education: to improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political educators, to enhance the scientific nature of incentive education, to improve the pertinence of college students' incentive education by taking students as the basis; Combining incentive education with management to enhance the effectiveness of college students' incentive education; to adopt a variety of incentive education means; to improve the mechanism of college students' incentive education; to enhance the long-term effectiveness of college students' incentive education.
