学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中的作用发挥状况及其对策

【摘要】:在大学生思想政治教育中,学生干部起着不可忽视的重要作用。学生干部既是大学生思想政治教育的重要对象,在某种意义上讲,又是思想政治教育者。因为他们在接受教育的同时,也在协助辅导员、班主任对其他学生进行思想政治教育。随着大学扩招,大学生人数激增,学生干部的这种作用就更为突出。而且,由于学生干部生活在大学生中,他们对学生进行思想政治工作,更直接、更及时,因而其作用是其他思想政治教育者不可取代的,具有独特性。在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育过程中,不可忽略学生干部的重要作用。 在大学生思想政治教育中,学生干部发挥了多方面的积极作用。但由于各种原因,其作用的发挥还不够充分,存在着一些问题,亟需采取措施加以解决。本文试图对学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中的作用进行较为系统的分析,并在此基础上提出相应的对策。全文除导论外,分为四个部分: 第一部分,阐释学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中的地位。第二部分,分析学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中作用发挥状况。本文认为,学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中发挥了多方面的积极作用:协助专职思想政治教育者组织开展各种思想政治教育活动;上传下达、沟通教育者与学生之间的联系;组织大学生进行自我教育;在学校各项活动中起示范带头作用。但实事求是地说,学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中所发挥的作用还不够,存在不少问题,主要是部分学生干部的模范带头作用、桥梁纽带作用、凝聚作用和监管作用发挥欠佳。第三部分,分析学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中作用发挥欠佳的原因。主要有:部分学生干部思想政治素质不强,高校对学生干部管理不善,培养不力。第四部分,提出充分发挥学生干部在大学生思想政治教育中作用的对策:重视学生干部的选拔;加强学生干部的培养;加强对学生干部的管理;提高学生干部的思想道德素质和工作能力;建立健全合理的学生干部工作考评体系。
[Abstract]:Student cadres play an important role in the ideological and political education of college students. Student cadres are not only important objects of ideological and political education of college students, but also ideological and political educators in a sense. As they receive education, they also assist counselors and class teachers in ideological and political education for other students. With the expansion of university enrollment, the number of college students, student cadres this role is even more prominent. Moreover, because student cadres live in college students, their ideological and political work is more direct and timely, so their role is irreplaceable and unique to other ideological and political educators. In the process of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, the important role of student cadres should not be ignored. In the ideological and political education of college students, student cadres play a positive role in many aspects. However, due to various reasons, its function is not enough, there are some problems, it is urgent to take measures to solve it. This paper attempts to make a systematic analysis of the role of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on this basis. In addition to the introduction, the paper is divided into four parts: the first part explains the status of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students. The second part analyzes the role of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper holds that student cadres play a positive role in the ideological and political education of college students: assist full-time ideological and political educators to organize various activities of ideological and political education; Organize college students to carry out self-education; play an exemplary and leading role in school activities. However, to be realistic, the role played by student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students is not enough, and there are many problems, mainly because of the exemplary and leading role of some student cadres and the role of bridges and ties. The role of cohesion and regulation play a poor role. The third part analyzes the reasons why student cadres play a poor role in the ideological and political education of college students. There are: some student cadres ideological and political quality is not strong, colleges and universities poor management of student cadres, poor training. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to give full play to the role of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students: pay attention to the selection of student cadres, strengthen the cultivation of student cadres, strengthen the management of student cadres; To improve the ideological and moral quality and work ability of student cadres, and to establish a sound and rational system of examination and evaluation of student cadres' work.
