北京9所高校足球高水平运动员就业现状及职业生涯规划教育的研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,我国高等教育逐渐由“精英化”向“大众化”转变,高校连续多年的扩招,造成大学生培养数量激增,形成了高校毕业生高增长、高存量的态势,对高校毕业生的就业工作产生了巨大的压力。随着全球化的经济金融危机逐步蔓延,我国社会经济不断转型,社会工作岗位日益减少、竞争日趋激烈的现实,使得大学生就业问题就成为全社会关心也亟待解决的重要问题。原本“皇帝女儿不愁嫁”的高校高水平运动员的就业形势也发生了很大的变化。一方面近年来国家针对高水平运动员免试入学政策的出台,许多运动水平较高但文化基础薄弱的运动员得以进入高校学习。另一方面日常训练和比赛占用了大量的学习时间,导致高水平运动员这个群体呈现出专业知识、技能水平与普通学生相差甚远,出现了“专业不专,特长不长”的局面。第三,从社会发展形势来看,随着我国社会转型的不断深化,社会需要的是高素质、多元化、复合型的新型人才。高校高水平运动作为高校培养的新型人才,如果缺乏扎实专业知识、技能,紧靠自身得运动专技能,毕业后是难以在社会中长久、稳定的发展。因此,捉升高校高水平运动员的“质量”,确保其顺利毕业,稳定就业是实现高校培养高水平运动员发展目标,保证高校建设高水平运动队可持续发展的关键所在。本研究通过对北京市9所高校男足高水平运动员(本科生)就业现状进行的问卷调查和访谈,针对其培养过程中以及就业后在工作中岗位暴露出的问题,进行了深入地分析,并提出解决办法——全方位、有针对性地开展职业生涯规划教育,帮助他们合理定位,明确目标,处理好训练、比赛与专业知识、技能学习间的关系,提高自身的综合索质,为就业做好准备。与此同时,以点带面,通过对足球项目高水平运动员开展职业生涯规划教育的典型研究,进与步辐射到其他项母,真正发挥“体教结合”的积极作用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual establishment and perfection of the socialist market economy system in our country, the higher education in our country has gradually changed from "elite" to "popular", and the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities for many years has resulted in a sharp increase in the number of college students' training. It forms the situation of high growth and high stock of college graduates, which exerts great pressure on the employment of college graduates. With the globalization of the economic and financial crisis gradually spread, China's social and economic transformation, the increasingly reduced social work posts, the increasingly fierce competition reality, the employment of college students has become an important issue to be solved by the whole society. The employment situation of high-level athletes in colleges and universities has also changed greatly. On the one hand, in recent years, with the introduction of the national entrance policy for high level athletes, many athletes with high sports level but weak cultural foundation have been able to enter colleges and universities. On the other hand, the daily training and competition occupy a lot of study time, leading to the high-level athletes this group presents the professional knowledge, the skill level is far from the ordinary students, has appeared the situation that "the specialty is not specialized, the special ability is not long". Third, from the perspective of social development, with the deepening of social transformation in China, the society needs a new type of high-quality, pluralistic and complex talents. As a new type of talents trained in colleges and universities, it is difficult to develop in the society for a long time after graduation if there is a lack of solid professional knowledge and skills, and it is close to one's own special sports skills. Therefore, the key to realize the development goal of cultivating high-level athletes in colleges and universities and to ensure the sustainable development of high-level sports teams is to catch up the "quality" of high-level athletes in colleges and universities, to ensure their smooth graduation and stable employment. Based on the questionnaire survey and interview on the employment status of the male soccer high-level athletes (undergraduates) in 9 universities in Beijing, this study makes a deep analysis of the problems exposed in the training process and after employment. And put forward the solution-all-round, targeted career planning education to help them to rationally position, clear goals, deal with the training, competition and professional knowledge, skills learning, improve their comprehensive quality, Prepare for employment. At the same time, through the typical research on the professional career planning education of the high-level athletes in football events, it can radiate into other mothers and really play an active role in the combination of sports and education.
