大学生学习拖延行为的现状调查与心理分析

【摘要】:采用《大学生学习拖延问卷》对河西学院185名在校大学生的学习拖延行为进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示:有47%的大学生存在不同程度的学习拖延现象,大学生学习拖延现象较为普遍;大学生学习拖延行为存在显著的性别差异和年级差异,但不存在学科与城乡差异。男生的学习拖延行为多于女生,一年级学生的学习拖延行为少于其他三个年级学生。学习拖延对大学生的消极影响较大,这些消极影响包括情绪困扰、学业不良、生活不适等。
[Abstract]:The procrastination behavior of 185 college students in Hexi University was investigated by means of the "College students procrastination questionnaire". The results showed that 47% of the college students had different degrees of learning procrastination, and the phenomenon of learning procrastination was more common, and there were significant gender differences and grade differences in students' learning procrastination, but there was no difference between subjects and urban and rural areas. The learning procrastination behavior of male students was more than that of girls, and the learning procrastination behavior of the first grade students was less than that of the other three grade students. The negative effects of learning procrastination on college students include emotional distress, academic difficulties, discomfort of life and so on.
