新疆地区高校毕业生就业观问题研究

【摘要】:高校毕业生是高水平、高层次的人才,在就业群体中他们具有特殊性。而当今社会高校毕业生就业难的问题日益突出,毕业生的就业观直接关系着毕业生就业工作实施的成效。社会经济的发展,政府政策的出台以及高校实施的制度等等,都影响着毕业生的就业观。尤其以新疆地区为主,地理面积大,少数民族多,由于南北疆发展不平衡,存在较多社会不稳定因素。因此新疆地区毕业生的就业观存在怎样的问题,哪些因素影响了当地区毕业生的就业观,怎样解决这些问题,都还缺乏系统的理论分析和实证研究。 本论文试图通过对2014年新疆地区部分高校毕业生的问卷调查,以实际调查数据作为分析基础,结合新疆地区的经济、社会、地域、人口等特点,从理论上对影响毕业生就业观念的因素进行探讨,从而得出相应结论,对新疆地区就业观存在的问题提出对策和建议。本文主要围绕四大部分来探讨:第一部分绪论,主要是论文的前期准备工作,例如研究新疆地区高校毕业生就业观形成的背景,论文的研究意义、研究方法,以及对高校毕业生就业观的相关概念和理论做出界定与阐述。第二部分,对新疆地区2014届高校毕业生就业观的调查数据进行统计,根据调查,分析高校毕业生的就业观现状,主要包括积极的方面和存在的问题。第三部分,从影响毕业生就业观的主要因素出发,结合就业观的四大构成要素,分析了家庭、高校、社会和毕业生自身四个方面的因素。第四部分,根据第三部分分析出的影响因素,提出解决新疆地区高校毕业生就业观问题的对策及建议。对新疆地区毕业生就业观的研究,对解决当地毕业生的就业问题存在一定的意义,树立正确的就业观能够更好地帮助毕业生就业。新疆地区毕业生就业观的现状无疑是由多种因素造成的,但是想要解决这些问题,最根本的还是要从毕业生自身出发,合理地定位自己,在就业选择时,减少不切实际的想法,从满足自己生存需求做起,步一步努力,最终能够实现自身价值。
[Abstract]:College graduates are high-level, high-level talents, in the employment group they have particularity. Nowadays, the employment problem of college graduates is becoming more and more serious, and the employment concept of graduates is directly related to the effectiveness of the implementation of employment work for graduates. The development of social economy, the introduction of government policy and the institution of higher education affect the employment outlook of graduates. In particular, Xinjiang is the main region with large geographical area and many ethnic minorities, and there are many social instability factors due to the imbalance of the development of the northern and southern Xinjiang. Therefore, what problems exist in the employment concept of graduates in Xinjiang, what factors affect the employment outlook of graduates in Xinjiang, and how to solve these problems, there is still a lack of systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research. This paper attempts to analyze the economic, social, regional and demographic characteristics of Xinjiang through a questionnaire survey of some college graduates in Xinjiang in 2014, taking the actual survey data as the basis of analysis. This paper probes into the factors influencing the employment concept of graduates in theory, and draws the corresponding conclusions, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the employment concept in Xinjiang. This paper mainly focuses on four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly the preparatory work of the paper, such as the background of the formation of the employment concept of college graduates in Xinjiang, the significance of the research, the research methods, And the concept of employment of college graduates and related concepts and theories to make a definition and elaboration. In the second part, the author makes statistics on the survey data of the employment view of the 2014 college graduates in Xinjiang, and analyzes the present situation of the employment view of the college graduates, including the positive aspects and the existing problems. The third part, starting from the main factors that affect the employment view of graduates, combined with the four major elements of employment view, analyzes the four factors of family, university, society and graduates themselves. The fourth part, according to the influence factors of the third part, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of employment concept of college graduates in Xinjiang. The study on the employment concept of graduates in Xinjiang has certain significance to solve the employment problem of local graduates, and the establishment of a correct view of employment can help graduates obtain employment better. There is no doubt that the present situation of the employment concept of graduates in Xinjiang is caused by a variety of factors. However, to solve these problems, the most fundamental thing is to start from the graduates themselves, to rationally position themselves, and to reduce unrealistic ideas when choosing jobs. Start from meeting one's own existence need, step by step effort, can realize oneself value finally.
