“90后”大学生诚信问题及其对策研究

【摘要】：诚信的内涵非常丰富,但基本上包括诚实和守信两个方面。诚实,就是言行一致,不弄虚作假,不歪曲事实,是人们行为处事的道德准绳；守信,就是践行自己的诺言,是人们在社会中的立足之本。诚信是中华民族的传统美德,在中国的历史上源远流长。这一美德在漫长的封建社会起到了稳固社会、加速商品流通的作用；这一美德传承到今天,对我们构建和谐社会,实现民族腾飞具有重要的战略意义。但随着经济的快速增长,人们越来越多地关注自己的切身利益而忽略了道德的培养,导致了失信的事例屡屡发生。尤其近几年,这种不良风气也影响到了高校,如：论文抄袭、学历造假、简历注水等事件时有发生,它在逐渐吞噬着大学生的心灵,使他们的价值观也在经受前所未有的冲击。 “90后”大学生正是承前启后、继往开来的一代新人,如何使诚信这一传统美德在他们身上发扬光大,就成了高校亟待解决的问题。本论文对造成“90后”大学生诚信缺失的因素进行归纳,主要表现在内因和外因两大方面,要想解决好“90后”大学生的诚信问题：一是高校要利用思想政治理论课对他们进行有的放矢的思想教育,以提高他们的思想认识；二是带领他们定期走入社会,让他们亲身感受现实中诚信带来的收益,以及失信造成的无法弥补的损失,让事实去告诫他们如何诚信守信；三是希望各职能部门大力宣传诚信,不只是让“90后”大学生知道,也更让我们的子孙后代坚守诚信这一生存法则,使得我们的祖国保持兴旺发达。
[Abstract]:The connotation of honesty is very rich, but basically includes two aspects of honesty and trustworthiness. Honesty is the moral criterion for people to act according to their words and deeds, not to cheat and to distort facts. To keep one's word is to fulfill one's promise, which is the basis of people's standing in society. Honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and has a long history in China. This virtue has played a role of stabilizing society and accelerating the circulation of commodities in the long feudal society, which is of great strategic significance for us to build a harmonious society and to realize the rapid development of our nation. However, with the rapid growth of economy, people pay more and more attention to their own vital interests and neglect the cultivation of morality. In particular, in recent years, this unhealthy atmosphere has also affected colleges and universities, such as: plagiarism of papers, falsification of academic qualifications, water injection of resumes, etc., which gradually engulfed the minds of college students. They are also experiencing unprecedented impact on their values. "Post-90s" college students are just a generation of new people who carry on from the past to the future. How to make the traditional virtue of honesty carry forward in them? It has become a problem to be solved urgently in colleges and universities. This paper sums up the factors that lead to the lack of honesty and credit among the post-90s college students, mainly in two aspects: internal and external factors. To solve the problem of honesty and credit of post-90s college students: first, colleges and universities should make use of ideological and political theory courses to give them targeted ideological education in order to improve their ideological understanding; second, they should be led into society on a regular basis. Let them personally feel the benefits of honesty in reality and the irreparable losses caused by breach of faith. Let the facts tell them how to be honest and trustworthy. Third, we hope that all functional departments will vigorously promote honesty. Not only let the post-90s college students know, but also let our future generations adhere to the integrity of this survival law, so that our motherland to maintain prosperity.
