高校类型分类标准的重构与定位

【摘要】:目前我国高校类型分类与定位是教学型、教学研究型、研究教学型和研究型。这一依据科研的多少而进行的分类与定位有违教育规律,误导高等学校对科研的追逐而影响到人才培养,甚至动摇人才培养的核心地位。这种高校分类与定位影响到我国完善高效的高等教育体系的构建。在高等教育即将进入新的发展时期之际,对高等学校类型分类标准进行解构与建构势在必行。高等学校类型的分类应该依据高等学校人才培养的类型进行划分,即研究型、应用型和技能型,进一步划分为研究型Ⅰ和研究型Ⅱ,应用型Ⅰ和应用型Ⅱ,技能型Ⅰ、技能型Ⅱ和技能型Ⅲ。国家对高校定位既要予以引导,又要予以必要的控制。
[Abstract]:At present, the classification and orientation of university types in China are teaching type, teaching research type, research teaching type and research type. This classification and orientation based on the number of scientific research is contrary to the law of education and misleads the pursuit of scientific research in institutions of higher learning which affects the cultivation of talents and even shakes the core position of the cultivation of talents. The classification and orientation of colleges and universities affect the construction of our country's perfect and efficient higher education system.
